  1. Standalone SP Storm of Swords: http://www.ebay.com/itm/331236069457?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 Looks like the set was broken up for anyone who wants just Storm.
  2. Looks like Reek just lowered his asking price: http://www.ebay.com/itm/331216739210?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
  3. Anytime. Why are the letters blocked out in the eBay ad?
  4. EE, and not sure that it comes with any additional rights. Someone's probably already snapped it up, though.
  5. Yeah, that is the lowest price out there--plus, it will come with rights to Sub Press's Game of Thrones at cost.
  6. Another member of the forum, ReekReekItRhymesWithLeek, is selling his matching #90 Meisha Merlin "A Clash of Kings" and Sub Press "A Storm of Swords": http://www.ebay.com/...984.m1586.l2649 Just lowered the price on ebay. He may also be willing to work something out with you off eBay. Shoot him a PM. http://asoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/user/55637-reekreekitrhymeswithleek/%C2'> I've worked with him on a trade in the past, and he's good people. For what it's worth, this is the only Storm of Swords I've seen available in a while. Seems to be the hardest book to land of late. Good luck!
  7. Extremely high. If that sells, I'm going to have to reconsider keeping my own MM AGoT
  8. Well, friends, the latest round of bills have come in and it's put us in a situation where I'd like to sell one of my SP sets. I have #267 and #288, full rights (fulfilled by Camelot Books). I'm happy to sell either, depending on the buyer's preference. They come with the following: Right to SP Game of Thrones SP Clash of Kings (including chapbook) SP Storm of Swords (including signed bookmarks) SP Feast for Crows SP Dance with Dragons Rights to future ASoIaF BooksI'm willing to entertain any and all serious offers. The books are in pristine condition. I'm happy to provide pictures, descriptions, and maybe throw in a bonus goody or two (I have a couple first edition, foil GoT if that will sweeten the deal for anyone looking). All are wrapped in milar covers and will be shipped fully insured and meticulously packaged. I'm setting my eyes on the approximate 6k mark. Anything below that I will likely pass on since I think this series has a chance to be a classic for many, many years to come and there are now four books in hand with rights to three (essentially, 1,000 per book and 2,000 for future rights to three books). That number is also, incidentally, about how much it costs to have a baby these days, it appears. :D Anyway, thanks again to all. The community here is great. Wishing you all the best. ebv
  9. Thanks, becca. As always, you're a welcome (and quick) voice. I'd love to hear any other feedback. At that price range, I might be tempted to sell, if for no other reasons than to get us some relief and to get a set into the hands of a fan.
  10. I almost hesitate to ask, but we just added a new member to the family, bills are higher than I'd like, and I'm tempted to unload one of my SS sets (includes neither of the MM books, but has full rights to all future SS). How much do y'all think they'd go for right now? I think we'll be OK, but it would be nice to get some breathing room on our end and maybe find a happy home for someone on the forum.
  11. There are two explanations as I see it: (1) an uninformed / highly optimistic seller, or (2) someone who has confused the going rate(ish) of lettered sets with numbered sets. Either way, best of luck to him or her.
  12. I think the relative position of the number has almost no bearing on the price. That said, if you had #1, you might be able to justify a small increase in price. But that would depend highly on whether the buyer /really/ wanted #1 and had a pick of other numbers.
  13. Outside of the Meisha Merlin GoT, that one seems to have been the hardest to come by. As a stand-alone, though, that price feels high. MMGoT isn't going for too much more than that in the past couple of years. It feels like we're in a bit of a lull as far as the secondary market goes on these books as well. When the next season of the show or the next book comes around and the market heats up again, it will probably be closer to market value. But for right now, 1400 is high.
  14. Hard to say. That's probably close. Mid- to high-6k is probably about right in my estimation (wiggle room, naturally, for auction or consignment fees, condition of books, etc.). I also wonder what kind of cut Camelot takes in that kind of consignment.
  15. We should rise up! In the event we all get shut down, tell Ran that I am Spartacus...
  16. Looking for #178 MM AGoT #267 MM AGoT & MM CoK #288 MM AGoT & MM CoK Thanks for doing this, Becca! Imagine the stories of reunification and joy that could come of this... :D
  17. Sandor-- I know it's two years later, but just wondering if you ever sold your AGoT and CoK limiteds? Thanks in advance!

    Eric
