Yes they have, but I’m not interested in the fighting aspect of the knights. I’m more interested in the hierarchical uses of it. As a way to reward some people, rewarding someone without disgruntling someone else too much. Also as a way of making cadet branches or as a way of populating and managing the huge ass territories of the North.
Because knighthood is a andal tradition and deeply tied to the Seven

Bran. I want the resolution, or continuation, to Jojen paste. I remember first reading Bran's last chapter in Dance without knowing it was his last chapter and thinking yeah he's eaten Jojen, and the implications of that coming out are crazy and interesting and I can't wait to get to his next chapter. I suppose peasants are de facto slaves in Westeros.

Actually Harren the Black was widely loved in the Riverlands. The idea that he was a king that brutalised his own people is largely Tully-Targaryen propaganda.

By some, it really means a small minority. And those will change their minds as soon as their master gives them a whipping.
I don't think so. They have higher living standards as slaves than as freemen

The slaves see Dany as the Mother. They will be loyal to Dany. Yeah, so they will rule those cities but they will be subordinate to her.
I suppose this only applies to the lowest strata of slaves, not the learned and skilled. We've seem that some of these slaves even petitioned to be sold to slavery again.
We're daenerys and viserys really thrown out of the red door house by servants?

I believe nowhere in Planetos has anything like the rule of law
