  1. She's not that practiced; only two of her kills before then were throat-slitting: Meryn Trant and Walder Frey. Most of her other kills are poison (Ghita and the Freys) or stabbing (the five kills she had up to the end of Season 4).
  2. I'm still disappointed that she didn't kill Littlefinger herself.
  3. I’ve actually had a nagging feeling that some more characters like Arya, Brienne, Podrick and Gendry were not supposed to survive the Long Night, since they contribute little to the story for the last half of the season, and their survival was tacked on for some reason.
  4. Plenty have, mostly disappointment; Lena Headey’s expressed some that she died anticlimactically, Kit Harington was disappointed that he didn’t kill the Night King, and Peter Dinklage remarked on the idiocy of putting all the civilians in the crypts. You might as well have put Macguyver in a store cupboard. I personally think that the final two seasons were a myriad of wasted opportunities to make things worthwhile.
  5. How come Aegon the Conqueror only had two children? These were born relatively late; Aenys was born when Aegon was 34, and Maegor when he was nearly 40. Compare with Ned Stark who had five children (six if you count Jon) by the same age. It just seems unwise, since Aenys was a weak heir whose parentage was disputed, and Maegor was a psychopathic monster.
  6. I wonder if Catelyn’s case was inevitable, since she’s disliked by plenty of book readers for her attitude towards Jon Snow and her decisions to arrest Tyrion and free Jaime, which were kept as is. In Jon’s case, her line in the first book that he should have been pushed from the tower instead of Bran is seen by some as a crossing of the Moral Event Horizon.
  7. To be honest, I’m not sure of Lady Stoneheart’s purpose and maybe that’s why she was cut out of the show? For all we know, since Lady Stoneheart is hanging those who were responsible for her pain (Lannisters, Freys), she wants to hang Jon.
  8. I don't know if it's worse if they didn't know what they were doing and tried to make the best of it, or if they did know and messed it up because that wasn't they story they wanted to tell.
  9. Lysa and Sweetrobin have lead poisoning. Lysa uses paint and powder for her face, and lead was a component in many of these sort of facial powders. Both have some of the symptoms of lead poisoning: Lysa has aggressive behavior and irritability, while Sweetrobin has signs of developmental delays physical and mental and behavior problems. Sweetrobin may have absorbed lead via the placenta while Lysa was pregnant with him or through breast milk.
  10. I think Littlefinger had a few things that were left hanging that I think would have been interesting. One is the conversation he has with Sansa in the crypts in Season 5, where he insinuates that Lyanna may not have left with Rhaegar unwillingly and as we see in the Season 7 finale, we see that Lyanna was willing. I think it could have been possible that Petyr, who might have been on the road after being sent away from Riverrun, deliberately mixed up the message to get Brandon Stark killed, and unintentionally set off Robert's Rebellion.
  11. That’s a very hard question, since they all got mutilated pretty badly.
  12. I think I read somewhere (I forget where) that D & D were planning to have Sansa be married to Ramsay in Season 5 three years in advance
  13. Here are some of my theories: Lysa and Robert Arryn are suffering from lead poisoning. See here. Lady Stoneheart is traveling to the Wall... to kill Jon. She's hunting people down who are responsible for her pain; Freys, associates of the Lannisters like Pod. Since Jon is the source of much of her strife before Robert came to Winterfell, she's coming for him too. Pypar is a bastard of House Florent. He's got the ears.
  14. Robert Aramayo (Young Adult Ned Stark) as a thief named Tray in Galveston starring Ben Foster. Rupert Vansittart played Mr. Hurst (Mr. Bingley’s brother-in-law) in the 1995 Pride and Prejudice, which also starred Jennifer Ehle as Elizabeth Bennet, who played Catelyn Stark in the Game of Thrones unaired pilot.
  15. That's nice to hear. Dark Phoenix trailer.
  16. Rupert Vansittart (Bronze Yohn Royce) played Mr. Hurst in Pride and Prejudice (1995).
  17. He also appeared in the Jeremy Brett Sherlock Holmes TV series as Stapleton in The Hound of the Baskervilles. Robert Pugh (Craster) appeared in Kingdom of Heaven's Director's Cut as Liam Neeson's elder brother. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau appears as his son and Iain Glen has a cameo as King Richard I.
  18. Sophie Turner is under consideration to play Princess Diana in the Crown. See here.
  19. Harry Lloyd also appeared in The Hollow Crown Henry IV Part 1 as Edmund Mortimer and played Adolf Opalka in Anthropoid.
  20. Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) and Toby Sebastian (Trystane Martell) appeared in Barely Lethal.
  21. Sophie Turner has a new film coming out March 16, titled Josie. Trailer is here.
  22. Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy) appeared in the 2007 film Atonement as Danny, a servant, while Tobias Menzies appeared as a British officer.
