    “For the watch”

Perhaps he sees both Ned and Tywin on the same side of the war, opposite from his for sure. Or maybe he is only a dick who hates bastards.

Best no-POV character so far ?

Do you write in pink so that you honor the Boltons? If so, you're so creepy cool. I like the Blackfish, Varys, Ygritte, and I admit, Vargo Hoat makes me laugh. "You're my captith."

    Ned Stark was a greenseer?

Very unlikely. He might have been some sort of skinchanger, but never used this ability, or we never saw he could. Greenseer is the most powerful of the skinchangers and Ned certainly didn't make the wisest decisions before his death. He didn't even appreciate the value of Sansa's wolf, so he killed it personally only to please Robert Baratheon. Would a greenseer do something like this?
  4. Yeah the books are really atmospheric. A legit point. When you meet Balon and his brothers it feels almost like being in this insane company you want to get out of, but yet it was amusing and laughable when Aeron was doing his chantings. Also for me Cressen's chapter did an amazing job on depicting how empty and almost sad is the atmosphere surrounding Stannis, and Dragonstone as a place. Later on Davos' POVs continue this work. They wanted to wipe out every hint of Red Wedding, as you say, and they went as far as totally erasing the role of Ramsay in Theon's short reign of Winterfell and flaying and burning the farm boys. Also, they covered the sack of Winterfell. Though it didn't surprise me despite I wasn't reading the books back then. The third season had a slow build up for something nasty, and you couldn't miss the way of making the show: Building until episode eight, in the ninth it has its zenith, and the aftermath was in the season's finale.

    Why do people hate Sansa?

Maybe some do because she shared valuable info with Cersei in AGoT and hurt her family's cause. And falling for Joffrey. I pity her, she is in a very, very bad situation practically all the time.

Stark men are not so Stark

We know that some of the kids have the Tully looks. So nothing surprising.

What is the worst small council you can come up with?

OMG yours is the worst already.

Why do people think the Others are morally grey?

They are intelligent and have some purpose. But morals? There are animals who are intelligent, cunning, brutal, and have a purpose, but don't have any morals. Did GRRM gift them any morals? Who knows, he is a gardener as he claims, so he might do it in future. Edit: They do let one survivor to spread the truth, right? Or was it only a show thing? Don't remember if they left the man run away in AGoT purposefully. So, if we judge them by this, they do have a reason for doing it, therefore, people are aware of their presence. Why are they doing it? They spare one life despite they don't have to. Can we call this a moral desicion, for example? If presumably it was a book thing.

Why do people think the Others are morally grey?

They are not human, they don't have moral standards to begin with.

Man you just made my day with Curb Your Enthusiasm. This is THE best comedy series ever. I just checked and Season 9 first episode airs on 01.10.17.

Yes I watched the first 7 I think, but didn't watch those released after 2014. Thank you for the recommendation, I will check the rest of them these days.

[Poll] How would you rate episode 707?

Gave it an 8. I was satisfied overall except for some moments. Like: 1. "The Robert's rebellion was built on a lie"-out of nowhere, Aerys' insanity doesn't count and it's only the Lyanna "abduction" left on. 2. Theon fighting with the other Ironborn, 3. Making obvious that the actor who plays Bronn doesn't get to be with Cersei (Lena) in the same scene, so he says something like "Come on Pod, we have to go"?? No they didn't! There were people of all kinds there, not sure why there weren't good enough to attend. Could've just make a scene without them and drop that part out. 4. Rhaegar looked the same as Viserys. 5. Did it have to be Aegon? So those are the small negatives, but overall was good and long enough, I like that Jaime finally left, Euron and Cersei being themselves, the last scene where the Night King looks very powerful now and has a lot of followers, good for him.

    1. Gommorah 2. Taboo 3. GoT Didn't finish Fargo, Better call Saul, didn't even start Homeland newest seasons. And Twin Peaks doesn't even look like Twin Peaks anymore even after some point from its second season, so I quit it after a try of 2-3 episodes of this year's season. This happens when you don't finish something when it's time to do so. Gotta check Black Mirror though, can anyone vouch for last season?

[Spoilers] Rant and Rave Without Repercussion

"Robert's rebellion was built on a lie". Suddenly the Mad King's insanity is obsolete.

So where would you live ?

Beyond the Wall. No bending and no kneeling.
  16. Tormund has become a Westerosi citizen.
  17. First on my mind is Fyodor Pavlovich Karamazov - from The Brothers Karamazov by Dostoyevsky. When a man has no other qualities whatsoever, but has money, and therefore power over people around him - him is what you get.

What will happen to Stannis in TWOW?

And why are you going into discussion with me about who Renly betrayed? You think I won't notice your trolling and jumping from subject to subject to subject until you find ground suitable to your intentions? I simply said Renly wanted to kill Stannis and vice versa. Not why and who they betrayed. Next, you continue to troll and manipulate with everything you can, planting words everywhere I never wrote. 1. You're trolling that I compared Stannis' Dragonstone and Storm's end captures with Ramsay's, which I didn't. You did. You put your own words where it suits you, creating theories and debating them with yourself in a reply to me. Moat Cailin wasn't a battle, but manipulating the mighty 60 Ironborn into leaving it and offer them a "deal" Ramsay of course didn't fulfill. 2. What battle exactly? Vargo Hoat slaughtering his employers? Roose didn't exactly participate himself in it, didn't he? 3. When did I say Rodrick is smart for trusting the Boltons? I know, I never did. Don't bother to reply though. Those are rhetorical questions. Feed your trolling ambitions somewhere else.

What will happen to Stannis in TWOW?

Renly would've killed Stannis in the battle that never happened. He even was merciful (in his mind) when he ordered his people to not disgrace his brother's body after THEY KILL HIM. I don't see how it is different. It might be, in some hypocritical point of view. Two men fighting over the same thing, one prevails, and he is the bad one only because he managed to do it first. I don't share this view. 1. Ramsay didn't take back Moat Cailin in a battle. 2. Roose didn't take Harrenhal in a battle. 3. The "Battle" of Winterfell was won after Rodrik thought of Bolton men as reinforcements and Starks were off guard, betrayed by their Bolton "allies".

What will happen to Stannis in TWOW?

Renly didn't have a problem with killing Stannis. That kinslaying bullshit applies to him as much as it does for Stannis. And his fate, I think he'll defeat Boltons. They haven't won a single battle in their entire life. I doubt GRRM will now suddenly grant them military skills against Stannis, of all people. But Roose was the one losing battles on purpose to weaken Robb's cause. So he might do the same and run with his loyal host intact, and feed his bastard to Stannis.

    The Best commander in ASOIAF

Yeah this is strange. And GRRM adds to it by Robert giving Storm's End to Renly, which is far better positioned and fruitful than Dragonstone by all means so Stannis initially has barely 5,000 men when he besieged Renly's camps.

    The Best commander in ASOIAF

Robert took Westeros via winning battles. The answer is already there.

    How did The Reach lose?

Cercei needs to stay in power=everyone else serves that purpose.
