Is there an official map featuring Lonely Light?

It depends on what you're looking for. TWOIAF is a great overview for both Westeros and the World beyond, while F&B takes a more in depth look at Westeros. I'd recommend F&B then TWOIAF, but it's mostly up to your personal preference. I've always pronounced it Ronwood.

Are there any areas outside of Westeros ruled by a king, besides Astapor?
