Maybe Baelish gets Robert to Issue warrant to cause more problems between the Starks and Lannisters and Robert and Lannisters using the excuse that an attack on the hand of the king is an attack on the king

Or 

maybe Robert angry at Jaime attack on his "brother" Ned Stark and issues a warrant for Jaime demanding that Jaime be arrested and returned to kings Landing to every lord in Seven kingdoms 

What if Twin had not captured Harrendal (maybe Edmure Garrisoned Harrendal before his capture or House Whent  had Enough men and Bravery to hold Harrendal) how would it had affected Tywin plans and War of Five Kings ?
