Ya, I had that thought as well. I think that scenes is HBO showing us that Joffrey, while cruel, isnt entirely stupid. Hes playing the Game of Thrones and not just being a pawn of his mother.

Hi all, Ive been posting here for a while, but figured I should introduce myself. Im 24, married and live in Canada. I enjoy "The Great Outdoors", and work in the natural resources field doing research. I began reading ASOIF in late 2008, and blew through them. Now I cant wait for ADWD. Take care!
