In Prince Daemon's wiki ( Rhaenyra's husband just to clarify), it's stated that he wed Lady Rhea Royce in 95 AC. First off, since Daemon was born in 81 AC, he'd have to be 14. Second, FaB states that he married Lady Rhea in 97 AC. Please make 97 AC. Also, when you click on the Greens picture https://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/File:The_greens_by_naomimakesart.jpg it says that one of the people in there is Lady Baela Targaryen.

Yes..... if you had kids with the king, I think. If you were still alive when the king died, you would have the title of Dowager Queen. If you needed to be a regent, you would be Queen Regent as well. Or at least, that's what I gather from the books.

She was queen, but very briefly. Check wiki.

Shaera Targaryen? It's either her or Naerys. Because Daeron I never had a queen, Baelor didn't have a queen, Viserys didn't have a queen.....Aegon IV and Jaehaerys II are the only candidates to have Targaryen queens with children if Rhaella isn't included.
