Last night, after some deliberation of what restaurant to go to, deciding on a Chinese place over a little, family-run Mexican restaurant, we bought some take-out and I got Beef Scallion with white rice. Tonight we're having Swiss Steak.

The clothes from Walmart are getting ever better. I'm content with Walmart being really the only place I shop...

I believe there's a total chance of there being other life forms in the entire universe. To state it clearly, I do believe there is life somewhere in the universe. I've opened up my mind as to acknowledge this and to place my faith in the world as it examines this universe and solar system and galaxy and come up with the real facts behind it all. It rests with all the leaders in science to put to rest the dismay in the world others feel toward opening their hearts and homes to life and intelligent life in the universe. We all know what sort of dismay we all must feel towards the disjunction in the beliefs of all the people in the world since there are so many different things and even opposite things. And I guess we must all pray there is truth to finding life and intelligence in the universe. I hope this is good for others to know

I know how to make a pretty good Chipotle knock-off meal. It tastes incredible and is really easy to make. I got the recipe from Pinterest. The meal is a steak rice bowl. Although I've only cooked it a couple of times, I think it's pretty good and can stand the test of time. The recipe consists of Basmati rice, steak marinated in Adobo Sauce, pinto beans, pico de gallo, and fresh tomatillo salsa. The salsa is supposed to be a copycat version of Chipotle's red-hot salsa which is my favorite salsa of all time! I'm completely obsessed with Chipotle!

Last night we had Lasagna Roll-Ups. I should probably cook more often because lasagna's cheese is disgusting to me!

It's sunny here, yet not warm.

The most recent one I remember involved zombies chasing me. I sometimes had some frightening ones. Once the King David statue took me by the foot and started twirling me around and I mistook him for the Devil. I woke up in a fright.

I'm letting go of the phone except when there are real calls. I have three contacts plus my doctor offices. I may not ever regret this since this is the way I do want to head naturally. Can't believe I am lighting up my dream. Quitting online shopping is another thing. And the last thing is quitting social media. I deeply desire to be done with these and those sites. When all is said and done, I'm going to be very happy with myself.

I’m actually in a happy place. Editing down nearly all facets of my life. It’s fun! Trying for a simpler way. I haven’t had very many things go bad with this. On another note, I think I’m irrationally afraid of winter. Winter where I live can be bad and I hate driving during winter. This is something I must get around.

I think I prefer Monotheism because it's laid the foundations for society and I like society so I believe it's crucial to like how it formed. But then that goes back to polytheism with all its deeply grasping roots and holds so I guess I like it both ways since we can't not say that polytheism was formed in the majority of minds to make things happen which society is famous for. And it goes without saying that society now makes itself known for its monotheism.

I never did receive my purchase made with Amazon Prime and the status went to Problem Occurred for a while there. Next thing you know the status was Refund Issued and now I get to wait for a couple of days for that! I guess Amazon was good to me because I never did have to do anything about it, but I do not think I am going to be purchasing online often anymore. Instead I am going to take advantage of living with my parents as to go shopping with my Mom (and also go out on my own). I do not do those things often enough, so I guess this gives me an excuse to make a difference in my life.

It snowed here two days ago after it rained so there was some ice on the ground. Been decent for winter but it's supposed to be below zero for a string of days.

It snowed! And it is supposed to snow again on Monday and Tuesday. Mom and I shoveled snow this afternoon. It was a pretty good day even though snow hit the ground.

Just some Hallmark/Great American Christmas movies. This is only the second year I've been watching them and they're great as background noise. My Mom was watching some so I decided to get into it. I decided to get Amazon Prime, the free 30 day trial, and I am watching Rings of Power. Only on episode one.
