  1. This thread is over a year old and I'm still walking round the house naked. She doesn't seem fucked up. My 1 yr old likes trying to grab it though.
  2. I don't want to amatuer analyse you or drag anyone's mother, but from everything you have said on this board, you would be 99% happier if you moved out. Even if all you can afford is a tiny room in a crack den.
  3. WvA is a beast. But also a bit suspicious.
  4. And still collapsed in 3rd week. If you are going to double up you go giro-vuelta or tour-vuelta. That way the most important race is always first so if you are wrecked for for second race it's not as important.
  5. Thank god, France finally got their win.
  6. Be interested to see if Hindley can make the step up next year. I expect Pog to sack off all the classics and fully prep for the tour, hopefully with a stronger team. And it would be nice if Bernal can get back to top form to make it interesting.
  7. Pretty much last chance saloon. Vingegaard has hardly any team left, a very mountainous route and Pog has been battering him for days. He has to just keep attacking until either Vingegaard breaks or he does. He might as well finish 10th as 2nd. Waiting until the final climb and getting 45 seconds back isn't going to cut it, JV is a superb TT rider.
  8. Thomas in this form takes at least a minute on all those mentioned in the TT, maybe 2 on Bardet and Gaudu. He can't match their accelerations but he diesel's away nicely.
  9. Good day for the British. Pidcock won Froome renaissance in 3rd G improved his GC position. No change between the big 2.
  10. They all went pretty deep today, tomorrow on alpe d'huez could see a total different outcome with recovery being as important as form.
  11. I bet he was on the phone to his agent already saying 'get me to ineos, I need to have Yates, G, Sivakov, Carapaz for support if Vingegaard has Roglic, Kuss, Kruiswijk, WvA etc'.
  12. I don't think he could have lived with Vingegaard today either. I hope it was just a hunger knock or an altitude problem and he can come back and attack relentlessly over next 10 stages. Still lots of racing.
  13. This didn't age well. He's completely blown up. VINGEGAARD SMASHED HIM.
  14. it's all going off on the Galibier. Rog and Vingegaard working Pog over but he's up to it. GT being sensible and following for now.
  15. Majka and Bennett both have covid. Best case scenario Pog has no help in the mountains. Worst is he probably already has it (photo of him training yesterday with Bennett, and their heads are within a foot of each other).
  16. Pog is fucking insane. Planche de belles filles tomorrow could be a bloodbath if he wants it to be. Ineos looking good for podium challenges with 4 of the top 10.
  17. Roglic should walk away and go and win his 4th vuelta. Getting taken out by a fucking hay bale just shows he has no luck in France.
  18. Van Aert really needs to learn how to not finish second, I suppose at least he is in yellow as a consolation prize.
  19. The potential for wind on that 20km bridge could shred the peleton. I hope Jumbo drill it because they don't look like they have the beating of Pog, TbF i don't know who would? Prime Indurain, super doped Lance, 1999 Giro Pantani maybe. I don't think 2013 Froome or 2009 Contador could live with him.
  20. Pogacar is kicking arse. Thomas forgetting to take his gillet off is unforgiveable. I bet that cost him at least 15 seconds in aero drag.
  21. What's the biggest/most improbable comeback at a candidates tournament where it seemed the winner was set early on?
  22. So it's pretty much the Slovenians or Vingegaard (Roglic has the much stronger team, but Pogacar looks like his team is 100% committed to him, Jumbo have already said that Van aert will ride for green). First week has a short TT, cobbles and likely cross winds so Thomas after his recent showing might fare well. Ineos also have Martinez who could be a wildcard, and Vlasov has been pretty good this year. But really it's Pogacar's to lose. He is an immense talent. I'm sick to death of Froome being shit. He should just retire, it's embarrassing for his legacy. No Cav is a shame.
  23. Yep, you would think if he can get such another easy payday again he will postpone his huff.
  24. I'd be surprised if I do more than 2 - 3 hours work work day. I'm mainly here 'in case shit happens'.
