Lord Godric replied to Ran's topic in E06: The Laws of Gods and Men
Weeks ago. I think the Unsullied will have no idea why that's significant at all.- 994 replies

It just seems odd, there has been no setup for this at all.- 994 replies

The first 10 I've given this year! The trial was amazing, the final scene where he demanded trial by combat gave me chills, it was acted nicely and the produced wonderfully.

That last scene gave me chills. The best episode of the season so far and Peter Dinklage did amazing.- 994 replies

It certainly would be easier for the show to explain that the Iron Bank needs a "security" force like the Faceless Men than to delve into another new religious aspect. So, the more I think about it the more I see that happening as well.

i don't know if Bran can always warg into Hodor. We know from the books that he only did it once (at this point) and it was in absolute desperation to get Hodor to stop screaming, I don't think it's something that comes to Bran's mind as one of his abilities.

I know the Bran stuff was all a deviation from the book, but I love the way Jojen is being played and what was shown tonight. It all seems to be spoilery regarding Bran's final fate and Jojen's as well. Jojen was obviously "burning" so I imagine there will be a confrontation with Melisandre eventually.. Oh, but I really just wanted him to say 'this is not the day i die'

I think the primary reason for them having the Lannister mines run dry is to once again make the Iron Bank of Braavos prominent. But I can't tell what they're trying to set up with this. There have been so many mentions of the bank so far this season. I mean what are they planning to do, make the faceless men agents of the Bank or something?

I think that is obvious too, she's telling people things to make them feel for her and be on her side against Tyrion. I sort of wish they had done a little more to show her resistance to wanting to marry Loras, however.

I'm surprised but also not surprised to see this episode voted so low. I'm sure a lot of book fans have their purist caps on,

It's so different with Margaery though. I loved her scene with Tommen because it was framed by that arrow through the boar's eyes which was a nice reminder that Marg knew how to manipulate Joffrey and she can manipulate Tommen just as easily.

This was how I felt too. I love the first 40 minutes of this episode. I sat confused at all the Craster's Keep stuff, then I loved the Other ending. I didn't hate the Craster's Keep stuff but it was so strange. I don't understand why they needed to have Jon know about Bran but I'll reserve judgement to see what happens.

I don't even...those last 20 minutes were completely different from the books and that doesn't mean they're inherently bad. I'm just so confused. But I loved seeing the real Others, I mean wow! So do we know have two different levels of Others?

This episode to me really was on par with last week (which to me was good but not great) it just lacked the ending. Joffrey's death is a lot better than a flat Dany ending. 7/10.
