No one really cares about KL massacre

Well, destroying conquered city is not really unheard of in medieval times. Frowned upon, yes,. But it has happened. William the Conqueror basically committed genocide in the North England.
  2. No she didn't and she should have. Lol, yeah, its her fault she came to help incompetent Starks, both Jon and Sansa. Edit; So, she sent Jon to bring a zombie and went to the wall because they begged her to help them..ergo...its Jon&Sansa fault wall came down. Instead of kissing her shoes she lied to her brother just to stab Daenerys in the back and all of that because Sansa didn't like her very much. Pretty c*nty way to thank someone for saving your life.
  3. Yes, that was Danny destroying the wall in blue mask. Also it wouldn't happen if that dummy Jon Snow...of the Starks was not in trouble...again So, when someone saves your ass its polite to say thanks at least, not stab him in the back.

    [Spoilers] Episode 806 Discussion

WTF happened to Dothraki ? Should we believe that after Daenerys was murdered they did not kill Jon immediately and then went about their business ? Which is pillaging, rape, murder...etc throughout the Westeros? Instead they waited meekly for months to be transfered back to Essos,so they can go about their business there ?

Bran Truly Was The Best Possible Choice To Rule

"Bran Truly Was The Best Possible Choice To Rule" - Yeah right. It's like - Google would be great president because it knows everything... And his first decision was an act of nepotism and fragmentation of the realm he is a protector of. Also, why would other Lords accept him after he let the North secede ?
  6. True, since 3: Sansa has just been ungrateful, arrogant,c*nt. She betrayed Danerys just because she didn't like her a moment after she sacrificed half her forces to defeat a NK. I really don't understand all the : awww she became a true leader..bs..bs.etc She became LF light only without refinement.
  7. Didn't she said she will bring armies..etc...only if... in that cave?
  8. Didn't Jaime send Edmur to casterly Rock (In the boks) ? Or promised him that he will if he surrenders For nothing ? For getting the help, without witch all northeners & Sansa would be zombies.
  9. Yes, not unheard of but still not very common, or at all. Westeros is very much for agnatic primogeniture in that.
  10. True, but that was 1000 years ago and its not a very common thing in Westeros. Common thing is that when male heirs die out so does the House.
  11. Well, yeah, that does not look well for the future.
  12. Well, important thing about Sansa the Queen is that after her, the North won't be ruled by Starks anymore. Her children won't be Starks but will bear a name of her husband. Because, of course, there are no male Starks, so in the world of Westeros it means that your House is extinct. So it would be interesting to see how that plays out.
  13. Exactly! Why would Dorne and Iron Islands stay after Northern Brexit ? And why would North separate when one Stark is the new king? And why would 6 kingdoms accept Stark without the North ?

How would you rate episode 309?

Well, this episode must've been a shocker to non-readers. It was interesting to see how in this episode, they made small jokes here and there...every now and then..like they did it on purpose to catch people totally offguard when masscare begins. Also, by killing Talisa/Jane ..I think it is definitely clear that , in the books, Jane is not pregant (I never bought in to that theory anyway)

    [Book Spoilers] EP306 Discussion

No, but I see that you have. Good for u ;) My point was that we get to see meaningles Theon torture scenes , who is not in the book btw , instead of Daenerys - much like last year we had meaningles sex scenes while cutting out big parts of the book. There is no real need to see Theon now...as much as there were no need last year to see extra scenes to get that Geoffry is psycho.

You read the books ? Amazing. Well so have I. What I find not funny at all is seeing Theon in every episode while he is not in the book.

    [Book Spoilers] EP306 Discussion

This show is falling of the wall. As I said on other thread (sorry for repeating myself) - Is this show still based on ASOIAF books ? Last year we had meaningless sex scenes instead a material from the books. This year we have meaningless torture scenes that are not in the books instead a material from the books. Where the frak, was Danerys ?

How would you rate episode 210?

I gave it an 8. As was the case the whole seson it was great episode as TV show and terrible as adaptation. What the frak happened with the visions in House of Undying ? That is something that should not be omitted. Rob story was terrible. Pitiful ending that his character did not deserve. On the other hand, Theon part , also Jamie and Brienneand Tyrion and everything in Kings landing wre quite good. John Snow was so-and-so. Al in all, good ending to a great TV show but not-so-good book adaptation. Having just 10 episodes for the 2nd book was very bad. If they do the same for he 3rd it will be criminal. P.S. All the actors were great. However I stand to my opinion that Melisandre was poorly cast for the part and Asha is umentionable.

How would you rate episode 208?

Yet again I gave it an 8. And yet again it is 8-9 as TV show GoT and 5-6 as a book adaptation. Anyway, quality of the show is pretty even which is good. As the show progresses I am more and more pissed that they stuffed the book in 10 episodes . Even the titles of the episodes have no meaning - Prince of Winterfell...wyeah right...and we see Winterfell for about 2 minutes (ok its a couple more but you know what I mean) Now I kind of get it why they hooked Robb with this Volantis chick instead of Jane Westerling..so the TV audience can see him falling for her..etc BTW they have casted the actress quite good...good looking but not to lose kingdom for. But her back-story is dumb. However, this girl in the tv show looks like a character who would stop Robb from giving up his kingdom and breaking his word to Freys. While Robb in the books could never leave Jane Wetserling from poor but noble house after he "defiled her :) " Yet again I had to endure Asha/Yara Greyjoy. and it was excruciating. Instead of fierce, charming warrior character we got this dumb bully of a character. I laughed when she yelled and....silence filled the room....I mean..who is scared of big bad Yara ?

How would you rate episode 207?

Well. I gave it an 8 because it was good as a tv show GoT. As a book adaptation, it is deviating more and more...it would get 5-6 in that department maybe less. Most of the time its not that bad. I mean, characters get where they were going in the books only by some different route. I mean, both physically and mentally. It is more or less OK if they don't change their motivations and behavior. However there are some bad examples. Couple of episodes ago it was Littlefinger, who lost all his subtlety, and now it is Caitlyn. For, it seems to me that she will let Jaimie go, not only for love and fear for her daughters, but it will look as her hand was forced by Karstarks. So she'll let him go in order to prevent him getting killed for nothing in return. And that is...mmmmehhhhh Yes, and new Mountain was terribly casted. Get me someone tall....said the casting director...with a beard perhaps, that'll make him look more scary...

How would you rate episode 205?

Well, I,ve always seen Tywin that way. He is just pragmatic and men of his time. He never does evil things just for the kicks, he is not psychopath (like Mounatin) . There is always a reason for his actions.
