Sorry if this has already been covered, but does anyone remember where Maggy the Frog was from? Was it Volantis?

Best episode of the season by far. Joff acting like a pure dick is making my non-book reading wife hate him even more. Last season she just thought of him as a little boy who did stupid things, now she wants to kill him herself. Some of you must have read different books to me because there doesn't even seem that much 'sex' IMO. I thought the Tickler was creepy. The Shadow was immense. I was hoping Roose would have been a bit softer in his speech, but he looked great. Harrenhal looked amazing. Somebody mentioned the Silent sisters talking. I didn't see that bit, where/when was it?

I think the bastard killing was the best scene of the show. It really showed what twats the Lannisters are. It was also pretty shocking for many viewers. HBO aren't scared of showing the gritty stuff.

My wife hasn't read the books so had a different take on the show. She thought Craster was revolting so I don't know how much worse they could have made him without turning into a panto villain. She also thought Mel was a nasty piece of work, so I'm not sure she came across as a 'goofball' as somebody mentioned.
