I suspect we’re absolutely battering Brentford on the xg front here but if we don’t take one of those chances they look dangerous enough that we might regret it.

Well, managed to scrape by in the end. That midfield is dire though. Absolutely no control.

If it wasn't for Salah and Allisson , we'd probably be where Chelsea are at the moment.

Nunez had a horrible game. What a pass from TAA though.

  2. A Galaxy Quest Series Is Once Again in Development

The greatest Star Trek movie that isn’t a Star Trek movie may be getting a series adaptation—and on the same streaming platform that airs Star Trek. Variety reports that a Galaxy Quest series is in early development at Paramount+, with Mark Johnson, who produced the original film, attached as executive producer.

James McAvoy Will Speak No Evil in a Film from Black Mirror Director James Watkins

Speak No Evil, a remake of the Danish film Gaesterne, which is also about a family vacation turned nightmare. James McAvoy is set to star in the film from James Watkins, director of The Woman in Black and the Black Mirror episode “Shut Up and Dance.”

The Hollywood Reporter says the film “centers on a family that takes a dream holiday to an idyllic country house, only to have the vacation turn into a psychological nightmare.” Blumhouse is producing the movie, which implies it will be quite creepy. Writing about the original Danish film, The New York Times said “Gliding inexorably from squirmy to sinister to full-on shocking, this icy satire of middle-class mores, confidently directed by Christian Tafdrup, is utterly fearless in its mission to unsettle.”

The story seems to involve something of an ensemble cast, but there’s no word yet on who will join McAvoy.

  3. Anthony Ryan has a post-apocalyptic thriller titled Red River Seven coming out in October.

Internationally bestselling fantasy author Anthony Ryan – writing as A. J. Ryan – delivers a nerve-shredding thriller in which seven strangers must undertake a terrifying journey into the unknown.

A man awakes on a boat at sea with no memory of who he is or how he came to be there. He’s not alone – there are six others. None of them can remember their names, but all bear the scars of recent surgery.

When a message appears on the onboard computer – Proceeding to Point A – the group agrees to work together to survive whatever is coming.

But as the boat moves through the mist-shrouded waters, divisions begin to form, and the group is plagued by questions. Who is directing them, why have their memories been wiped, and – most crucially of all – what are the screams they can hear beyond the mist?

    Upamecano.

    Konate has spoken :P

When asked recently to compare Upamecano and his Liverpool teammate Virgil van Dijk, Konate was flummoxed as to how anyone could put the two names in the same sentence.

“What kind of question is that? You can’t compare the two. With Upamecano, we are in the same category even if he is a very high competitor. But Van Dijk, I put him on a different planet,” Konate told Eurosport (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).

Holy crap. Wikipedia and Google are saying season 1 of Citadel has a budget of $300 million.

That would mean it's the 2nd highest in terms of budget with Lord of the Rings show being 1st. Both shows from Amazon.

Bloody hell, Amazon spending some crazy money on flop shows. This new one will flop as well. I mean Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra are main leads. Two of the most wooden actors I've seen.

  6. Fascinating investigative docu by BBC into one of the biggest scams of it's kind. The alleged kingpin is ex Georgian defence minister who owns an 18 million pounds mansion in London. One of the companies associated with the criminal network also sponsored Sevilla FC and had sponsorship deals with Liverpool FC, Man City, Chelsea, Everton, Fulham, Tottenham, Leeds and Southampton.
