Because I'm pretty certain they don't.

They started it for a reason. Now, is it their first stop when choosing actors, probably not, though it may have helped a couple of the role get filled.

They could pass as brothers.

Ian McShane would be a good Doran. For some reason I can't help but think Edward James Olmos would kill it as Doran as well.

and if that picture of him on imdb doesn't scream Randyll Tarly then I don't know what to think

Jared Harris for Randyll Tarly.

I would rather see him as Paxter Redwyne maybe
