Hello! My name is Abby and I'm relatively new to the Ice & Fire world. I actually discovered the books after the HBO series came out, having heard nothing of the TV show...I saw the 4-book boxed set on Amazon and thought it might be something that I'd enjoy. I purchased it thinking that it was a 4-part series and, needless to say, I've now read all of them and am (im)patiently waiting for the next book. I've been lurking for a couple of good weeks and this looks like a good community--looking forward to getting to know everyone!
