The problem with losing Calipari is that you have to find somebody else. As much as I'd laugh if you all hired Drew (how is he anything but a worse version of Cal??), I can't imagine him leaving Baylor (at least until the Big XII collapses and if Baylor gets left out of joining a good conference). I mean he brought them back from a literal murder to a championship, his job security is as stress free as it could possibly be for a very long time.

HowTF did Missouri get ranked?? They looked absolutely horrible when we played them. I know they have a lot of wins, but their schedule is laughable. I typed that and then looked at their schedule, so I didn't know that Dec 28th probably played a role in that... Sorry, Rhom. Definitely the right move there. Will be interesting to see what his next step is, but honestly I can't be bothered to care much.

Essen holds zero appeal to me. Have you looked into Gridcon? Played Endless Winter a couple of weeks ago - liked it much more than I thought I would. It was on Kickstarter when Dune Imperium and The Lost Ruins of Arnak were released, and garnered a lot of comparisons because they all have worker placement, deck building, and map activities. I hated Dune Imperium so much, that I had been regretting backing EW. But EW doesn't have nearly as much randomness and restrictiveness based on randomness, so yeah, that's a very good thing. Have Weather Machine coming up on Friday. Really excited about that. And then in a couple of weeks (after the holiday), Federation. That's been getting some great buzz this week.

I mean, it is all about that $$. The games last night were quite good. MSU looks like they'll be a lot better than expected. I can't imagine your guys had an easy day today after giving up dunks to end regulation and OT1. I really liked what I saw from Jalen Wilson. So much more aggressive (and effective) than last season. McCullar and Dick seem to be blending in very nicely. Hopefully Grady sticks around for a little while (can't believe he's 6'6" - the Duke guys made him look tiny... trying to avoid the obvious joke there). Liked what I saw from our other freshman in their limited time too.
