It was stated before the season started that there is a great scene with Tywin where he shows the humanity he has )an probably avoids a name being given to a man). I suspect we have not seen that scene yet, and I also suspect Tywin knows exactly who she is.

Wow, you really hate this series. Of all the posters you seem to be the most negative. I completely disagree with your views on this show. I actually cannot imagine i being better. Almost every change that has been made is an improvement on the source material and makes for a tighter more interesting show. And Jon chased Ygritte for any of many reasons not the least of which is to prevent her from warning the free folk, and because he was supposed to have killed her.

Interestingly if you think of the end of the last book, and the series gets to season 7 or whatever it will be, that scene will have more impact and make more sense.

Jojen and Meera WILL be in next season. No reason really for them to be in this one. The Winterfell arc plays out basically exactly the same without them, Then early next season they will find Bran on the road. I do not think they can cut them completely because of what GRRM has said about the Reeds

Quite honestly I do not think it could be better. And it is following the story amazingly closely to be honest.Ive read the books 3 times and I am amazed at the indignation over the tiniest of changes, even some that are not really a change. It is hitting EVERY major plot point of the books.

I sometimes think if the books were ONLY Arya, I would like them almost as much as I do now. Far and away my favorite character and probably the one closest to the books in the entire show.Having said that, following Arya's storyline too closely could almost fill the entire season itself. There is a ton of plot for Arya, and I expected them to condense it like thy have. Even having read the books three times I lose track of all the changes in command at Harrenhal. I think they are choosing wisely here. I think this episode is pretty pivotal to the success of the show going forward because despite there being dragons, the shadow baby is really hardcore magic and it could have a jumping the shark effect on some people. I hope not.

I have seen NOTHINH confirming that the Reeds are not in the series just not in season 2. And really, do they have to be? Aside from talking a bit about green dreams and making fun of the Walders they don't do much. Bran's journey just starts and they can have the Reeds catch up at any point. They almost have to. Isn't Howland to have been confirmed to be ultimately pivotal to the story and like the only character that can not have a POV?

It is interesting when I see this reaction from hard core book fans, because there are a lot of people watching at work and none of them would agree with you. They all love the pacing.
