  1. Who knows, mayhaps George let the producers in on some of his secrets and that the 'Others' are the 'Good guys'. See what I did thar? I pulled a LOST reference. Har! I'll let myself out.
  2. I give it 4, it was rather boring and there were a couple of scenes that offended me as a viewer. - Robb's 'I laowv her' speech and his marriage (minus 1) - Ros being finally confirmed as being an integral part of the game of thrones, possibly responsible for many upcoming events such as Joff's murder, smuggling Tyrion, partaking in the Red Wedding and finally uniting Dany and the Houses to fight the White Walkers /sarcasm - Theon's actor out-hamming the hammiest of actors during his speech - HotU sequence (the lack of visions wasn't bad, it was just how Dany escaped) - Stannis and Melisandre and how he would betray everything he stands for (Book Stannis is unyielding in his principles) All in all, it felt like a tired effort of writers who just wanted to wrap this season. I'd consider Blackwater to be the finale, a magnificent feast followed by a shallow dessert dish.
  3. Did anyone else love how the Other/White Walker looked at Sam? WW: Who the devil are you? Sam: *whimper* WW: Gross, you're not even worth the crust off my ice. Also, 100th post, yay.
  4. The bit where the main theme played as Charles Dance entered...sooo~ perfect. Charles looked so majestic in spite of appearing for like 5 seconds. Oh, and Stannis~ why so badass? He was practically the only one fighting on the wall!
  5. 10 out of 10, there's nothing else to say
  6. Oooooh~ I did not catch that  Now we just need polar bears for the holy trifecta of Others and a Hatch
  7. It's official, Ros is the Kilroy of Westeros. I'm debating whether or not I should start a thread about how instrumental Ros was to every mystery in the story. I resented the character, I struggled against her...but like a stockholm syndrom victim, I embraced her and began to love it. Who hid the Dragonglass in the Fist of Men? Ros, of course. Also, three guesses as to who is under Qualithe's mask. (Also, an excellent episode mostly because it had interactions between my favorite banter couples...Tyrion/Bronn, Davos/Stannis, Jaime/Brienne. I had to go lie down after all that)
  8. What I liked: - The Riot: Not as intense as I imagined it but still impressively close - The Hound saving the day - Roose dropping Ramsay's name - Tywin scenes - Lolly cameo - JQ one-shotting some poor schmuck What I didn't like: - Robb+Talisa - part 2 - The King and the Amputator Princess - Cate giving Robb a 'you go tiger' look. I literally CRINGED when she did that - Dany's acting this week: I don't know, I usually like her but when she gave another Fire * Blood speech, her voice was way too shaky. All in all, nice episode. Possibly my second favorite this season
  9. Greetings from the Mid-East. I've lurked around this forum for months but now I'm ready to give back to the community hat gave me so much info. Hope to have fun with you, my friends.
