  1. As I previously if I really think I know, I should be where it would good. Nentanyahu and Ben Iver gone by night of that day. Talk to Qatar, who is their economic backer, on getting it stopped. Discuss with either PA on what can be on some basic civil level, and some outline for the future (be radical and talk with Barghouti). Isolate them financially and politically, and give something for Gazans to look to get rid of them. A formation of more multi-national force, super awesome to get some neighbors involve, to handle the aftermath situation in terms of security. Destroying civil institution is deeply stupid and troubling unless your goal is to destroy a civil society.
  2. No, I do not. Totally destroying every aspect of Palestinian civil society is a terribly awful way to do it. This actuon is just sowing the new seeds. I previously stated my thoughts on 10/07 aftermath. Do not care of being naive for I think supporters of this have their own.
  3. 10/07 required massive planning and acquiring the weaponary in Hamas. It also required the biggest and absolute failure of Israeli Intelligence including months of ignoring warnings from troops on Gaza border that was sent constantly and ignored as well. Those are aspects that no longer have and would not of for a long time. Waging a full scale against a populace will not get rid of it unless in the end you think the entire populace is the issue.
  4. I will state that is very much the intent. That or intended to seed and grow the next one. For all the talk of how much you are against Nentanyahu, you have been consistently kind to his nature and intent. He was very ready to full out manipulate the situation and done so.
  5. They have effects on the politics now and the future. Ignoring that is very stupid, and minimizing is as well since a true resolution is going to require it is foolish.
  6. If your citizenship is so conditional than you are never been seen as one. The historical fact is that Jews from Arab nation was very essential for Israel growth, and in securing the demographic numbers Jewish State. Israel policy is still for Aliyah and that was still in what Israel would of wanted. Though I understand the propaganda. There needs to be a mechanism of review and means of reproachment with the Mizrahi and those Arab nations for I do think it is important for whatever desire remains for Israel to be part of the region. Those who want to be most fervently Anti-Israel minimize them is horrible I just think the comparison with the Nabka are very woefully short and are not the same. One of the reason my Dad's parents did not make Aliyah was how my Grandfather felt Ashkenazi treated the Mizahi. My Grandpa it was Racist, and that was from his trip in '62. Well, good things for Arab and Palestinian so some common identity can be formed.
  7. What will happen to the citizenship of Arab Israel if their demographic end up threatening a closer parity with the Jewish population?
  8. Considering how Matt Patrice coach I do want nothing from Belichick and his coaching tree. It was successful 6 times, made it to SB 9 times, and most likely a dead coaching style due to being throughly dissected it has been in the past few years.
  9. Well as an Eagle fan back end year a fucking disaster. I am in the fire one camp right now. I am with Hurts, and think he was playing I injured, and I think his reaction down the strentch was not the best. Goodbye Kelse Love you man, Hall of Fame bound. We blew the division, and it was ugly bad. Cowboys being the first 2 seed to lose to a 7th. Well, if it we won the division I think we would of been the one to do so. Which makes it all that more awesome!
  10. @Rippounet That is one of the most maddening. All the same rhetoric and the enthusiastic support of the forthcoming action after 10/7. The sense unencumbered righteousness and that we have been restrained, too nice, and have we been held back but no more. Truely frightening that the consensus among many of Western Elitee is that we did not do enough bombing.
  11. I election reminder that Iowa is wierd since it is a caucus. It is a test of a dedication in many ways, and think we seeking a narrative in that. I think Trump will be the nominee and it will mean I will be, for the first time, voting to re-elect a Democratic President. That is the only logical conclusion to this. Then again, I thought it was logical to vote for Hillary Clinton in 2016 since Scalia is dead yet not many followed that. The focus needs to be House and Senate and what people think Biden/Harris should have.
  12. A few thoughts on open voter primary: A review of how we allow Private Political Parties the use of taxpayer money to conduct and run them should be a more open topic. I think people who do register, and those who do more, should have a strong say on their candidate. The most ideal I see is allow the party members select the slate, personally 3-4, and that will be for the OV Primary. It should be far less expensive to allow for private funding of that part. I do not like open candidate and open primary for in a given area, that can be easily overwhelmed by bad actors. I cannot but feel that some of this discussion is to once again foil and finally destroy that darn, pesky Factionalism. Factionalism, like life will, uh, find a way.
  13. @Zorral I read on Tal Mitnic and could not imagine the pressures he and others are under and I do not know if I can be strong as them.
  14. Likud is a very mainstream Israeli party. It's leader was able to speak in front of a Bi-Partisan Senate to speak against policy the U.S President was pursuing. Likud the problem I see as very overly simplistic. I think two of the most Right Wing Israel parties have been the Democratic and Republican parties.
  15. I see Boisterous and Hyperbolic sloganeering is a universial issue so I did not see your specific point. Personally, I think it is best to avoid that type of sloganeering. River to the Sea has been singled out as something particularly wrong and I do not agree with that.
  16. I was born and raised Reform Jew. Several members of my family been active in Zionist and U.S/Israel organizations. I went to Sunday school where Zionist history was taught. I have a great problem with how stolen the Peace Process, one of the chief architecture of this has been P.M on several occassion, and then being told my thoughts are too blame or I have to really rethink myself my position. If you never thought October 7 was a very probable or possible event based on Israel policies than whatever Israel was doing must not of been that bad.
  17. I am responding that people who state "River to the Sea Palestine will free" are basicallt advocate to murder all jews which is very much has been stated.
  18. A Racist organization taking a mundane or positive phrase and making it awful is a speciality of theirs. I think that should be recognize but no excuse to ignore it. Israel Chai was used during a rally where at the same time they canted no cease fire gave a real image. I have a long time stop thinking Hippie as peace-love as the same. Hippie can be just as Facist. If you take away from this I think Chai is now Facist or just Racist is very wrong.
  19. Yes just that like you go and want to defend the incorporation of a slogan Racist group. I really thought for a moment that I did not want to mention how yes it Life yet facist ruin shit. I thought it would of been silly and I take it is not. I wanted a little to show how you need to be careful on judging people and use of slogan yet you want to defend the Facist. You can make all proclamations you want to, it been demonstrated what been done by Israel with U.S support that created a full hostile situation like Oct. 10 to occur. Instead of getting rid of Nentanyahu, Smoertich, and Ben-Iver along with ilk you determined they need to be rally and if it means Israel be brought on Genocide charge it will be worth it.
  20. It is not more or less than anything than Eretz Y'israel. It was pointed out Likud meant did same phrasing back in the '70s in platforms. I heard a lot of Israeli 'Chai at rallies. That is going back to Kahane 'Chai and that very extremist motto is now more mainstream and being used in a affirmation.
  21. Can anyone take a guess what Fetterman is response to the ANC lead South African case against Israel at the ICJ at Bipartisan luncheon : I do not know. If he is talking about South Africa since the ANC had the only thing comes to mind is related to white farmers which Trump brought up. If that is, than his rhetoric about the border has some darker tones for me. If it is anything related prior to that during the mostly U.S and Israeli allied, who helped their atomic program, Aprtheid Era Government, the one the ANC oppose and had support from the Palestinians. That is just great. Note: Any response to first part, please do in U.S politics if it will be related to this thread issue.
  22. Israel could of got a better idea of the amount of hostage and who is or isn't one. A continual nightmare of a situation. There would of been a better to discuss the actually post-war Gaza. Able to better form a more wide coalation. A time to pierce through Hamas and other propaganda to show Gazans full horrors on 07/10 and give some options. I do not deny this can be viewed as naive. Fuck, just make the deal on hostage and prisoners. Even after the last swap, the only thing so far that brought the most alive, there are more Palestinian in imprison in the West Bank. Mourn. yes mourn. The Destruction that Israel can be brought in one of anytime. Those destructive capabilities offer and curse for a need to be deliberate.
  23. Yet he is still PM, and he is setting what Israel future. I do not care about all the polls show how despise, he is still there and making policy. Though to me, all this lamentations and gripes are just convenience for the policies in the end they want but do not want to be associate with the nastiness he has. The Gazans are to have this collective punishment for an election that occurred 17 year ago that half were not born or babies, than I am fine that if Israel not getting rid of Netanyahu means support and I do not care about the polls of how high his negative are when he is still in charge.
  24. Hamas was primarily used to stop a two state solution. Netanyahu is touting how he stopped a two state solution it is clear on many occassion Israel did not want a two state solution. With the Iron Dome and Walls, they responded mainly with the Palestinian rockets and that is more rooted in the Occupation. Nuclear Weapons are to be the Ultimate Detterence, and it appears those required before '67.
