Though, IMO, the Gaza disengagement from 2003-05 was more putting Gaza into a twilight "Gitmo" legal situation were Israel did maintain a lot of controls on Gaza without responsibilities. Israel is a Nuclear Nation Israel has one of the most advance militaries in the area. At the some point, you are responsible for the fear you have if you put up and have all these protections. So much of Israel and Allies under that the Palestinians or Arabs think Israel is weak and we will show them you not. I think the Palestinians and Arabs have know for a very long time what Israel is capable and it is not the deterrence you want and anything to establish is just to be more brutal and it is just a more grim and horrible future, and yes I think Israelis made those decisions and was not forced to make them.

It though addressing a symptom of an underling disease and that is the continual occupation. That the defense is done so they do not need to address the occupation. The last 20 years have been mostly hard right government's in Israel. Also, the suicide bombings were way down compare to 90's-2000s. Israel built walls, established Iron Dome, and with all this safety they continue to expand settlements in the WB and just ignores the Palestinian. When Israel felt more safe, they expanded.

Why do the Gazans not have a Right of Return to Gaza? If there is sincerity in that Gazans need to be disperse for the area is now since it is so unhabitable, than while the rehabilitation in that time than when those conditions are improve than the Gazans will be able to return to the new rehabilitated area. Making Gaza unhabitable is very foreseeable based on Israel's action and considered to be a course of action which do see as illegal. The idea at any point Israel will settle after the destruction it deliberated caused make the action an act of Genocide.

The lack of discipline is indicative of individuals who think Rules of Engagement and Laws of War.do not apply to them and that views is endorsed in many levels of the Israel government. You cannot declare how prior restraints are off than act shock when people act unrestrained. The actions of Israel since 10/07 have shown hostages are less a priority then the need to punish the Palestinians.

None of which, in the end, justify what Israel is doing throughout Gaza. The gunning down of three hostages by the IDF is the most recent example that the hostages more important for propaganda purposes then being any actually priority.

No, Liberals are cheering Israel's Right to Defense, reaffirming, and redouble every tenant of the War on Terror and Gaza will be the new standard. The problem is not Hamas whether is a Terrorist or Liberation organization, there is a quote for that, it is after 20 years does merely stating something is a terror organization permit to ignore all International and Human Rights Laws. Abortion, which is part of Reproductive Healthcare, in the end affects 50% of the populace directly and the most of the other 50% indirectly. By simple numbers more people are impacted by that than Israel/Palestine. Big Donors are still people. People who either directly or indirectly impacted by Abortion. I am told constantly people vote what will impact them directly, and far more are impacted by Abortion than Israel/Palestine.

Between the two, Abortion in the end will win out overwhelming. In general, Domestic issue will override a International issue. Far more people are affected by abortion directly than what is going on with Israel-Palestine.

No other Nations and Groups are declared as a Height of Civilization and many bromides and given Hi-Tech weaponry. They also have several Nuclear Weapons. When they stated 07.10.2023 is Israel's 9/11, it was determined what went wrong for the last 22 years is not enough ruins and not enough corpses. What will happen with that is very cleared and currently the position is to continue that. That is what I see this situation as. For me, these were know issues, what Israel doing to Gaza could be done at anytime, and does have a Responsibility that what is being done was Neccessary Actions to eliminate Hamas and not Collective Action and Punishment of the Palestinians.

They go back to Gaza, and not doing so is Ethnic Cleansing which is an Act of Genocide. This constant question of ... why X Arab country is simply that they are Palestinians and so belong in Palestine. They may share alot but they are their own people, Palestinians, and not just intercharable as any Arab. I think their is a lot of self-serving in this but has validity.
