I never thought I could hate any fictional character as much as I hate the Freys. I hope that their is not a single Frey or Bolton left by the end the books besides maybe Roslin. The North Remembers!!

And how do you know it's not fact? Because nobody told you?
Protip: the number of actresses on the show who've been on all 3 seasons and done nudity in them can be counted on one hand. Process of elimination points to Ros.
Well, it's highly suspect because this story is from yesterday, when Ros had already been dead for two weeks and filming had ended months ago, and it speaks about how an actress on the show has refused to do future topless scenes. I concede that it isn't impossible, but I dont think that was why she was written out of the show even if it is true.$
To Mafalda, sorry if it came off as petty. I'm not targeting you, it's just coincidence.

Because Emilia is doing nudity stuff right now on Broadway, right now, after season 3 filming was done. Clearly she doesn't give a shit about nudity. Name another actress who has been topless continuously.
It could be Shae the funny whore (not Shae the unfunny whore, or Daisy the funny whore), but really who gives a shit. You're analyzing something very minor I said (which started out half joking anyways). I really don't care who the damn article is talking about at this point. It could be Esme, Emilia, or Sibel. :dunno:
Reread. I never said "Esme not doing nudity is definitely why she was kicked off the show." I made a jape about it, because of course everyone is reading it and thinks it's her (even the comments on the article joke about Ros) I'm just addressing the pink elephant in the room. Goodness.
I dont understand, you dont care, yet your angrily replying regardless? And your being quite aggressive here, not me.
You actually did say "Shame the entire reason she was killed off was because she didn't want to do nudity anymore.", which is exactly the same as "Esme not doing nudity is definitely why she was kicked off the show." Sorry that I didnt pick up that you were joking when it was definitely not clear at all.
-
It's obvious who it is. How many actresses have done nudity in a continuing role? I'm not the only one who mentions that the article is more than likely talking about Ros. Don't know why it's bothering you so much.
Anyways, for the people asking about the article, you can find it here.
My issue is more that you are saying that that is definitely why she was written out of the show. When it is not even absolutely certain that it is her. For instance, this was posted once season 3 filming was done, it could still easily be referring to Emilia. Also, how could it be refering to Esme, when she's been written out of the show already, and wont be back? How can it possibly be her?

As pretty as Mel is, and as much as I hated Ros, I must respectfully disagree. Ros was WOW, a curvy AND fit body (the chick had ABS). She was gorgeous. Shame the entire reason she was killed off was because she didn't want to do nudity anymore.
This is just speculation based on a one off comment made by a cast member, that didnt mention any names. Its not fact, so its probably best to stop reporting it as such.

But dont the 2nd sons go on to support Young Aegon/Griff? They are he Blackfyre group, nay? what will they be doing up in Mereene when they should be near Volantis?
That's the Golden Company isnt it? I think the Second Sons are fighting with the Yunkai.

I wonder why they felt the need to change Arya from worshiping the Old Gods to the god of death?
Because Syrio told her that the only God is death.
-
I've been thinking - anyone think they'll have Nym kill Locke? They've gotta throw her in at some point.
I reckon Arya's first warging will be after the RW. I was thinking that perhaps Locke could be dispatched by Brienne instead of Shagwell and company during her FfC nature hike.

I wish they used that time for meera to tell bran about the tourney at harrenhal.
What, 1:30?
Also, what is the use of that story at this point? We know nothing about Rhaegar and Lyanna, we havent been shown the ToJ, that story would just be filler (as it was in the books, but more so)

Thank you! I thought I was the only one who was finding Ygritte to be over the top (so to speak) in her negative, derisive comments to him. Any guy I've ever known would put up with about 1/10th of the raking she's given him through the course of their relationship. If I were given to psychoanalysis for fictional characters, I'd say either he doesn't have very good self-esteem or he's used to being treated like crap because of the way Catelyn treated him throughout his time at Winterfell, or both. Or maybe he just has colossal patience with women, but that would be a stretch even for the most saintly man among us.
Their relationship is turning into the old idea about "Why do the nice guys always seem to end up with the mean girls?"
There's also the angle that if he wasnt sleeping with Ygritte, it would be really suspicious, since he's meant to be breaking his Nightswatch vows.

I hope so too. I just feel like they're overplaying the song as it is right now. Though I don't mind if its overplayed, I love it!
Theyr'e basically hoping that the audience will pick up that its the Lannister theme song, and will realize just how fucked the Starks are at that point. The fact that Thoros was singing it confuses matters, though that was meant to be ironic. They also hired the drummer from Coldplay for that episode, so here's to a great booming drum heavy rendition of the song.

No, that was just a random guy. The Liddle was the man in the cave that Bran, Meera, Jojen, Hodor and Summer meet that tells them about Bolton's bastard coming back from the dead and offering money for word on 2 wolves, Bran and Rickon.
That would have been a great idea, to combine the Liddle and the man at Queenscrown, would give it a greater impact when Ygritte killed him.

Well, no surprise they took the RW for themselves, is it? Only fair, as they gave him Blackwater.
(Here's your cue, Kaitscraft and Joyful Union, to pillory me for my obvious hatred of all things Benioff and Weiss. )
As much as I enjoy such opportunities, this is not one of them. GRRM cant have all the fun.
Also, didnt GRRM say he didnt want to write the RW? Or was that him just being gracious in dejection?

That's true. I mean, they talked about this on the small council in season 1 right? Robert is dead, Renly is dead, LF is gone, Varys is around but doesn't seem likely he would tell Joff anything unless directly asked. It seems like Joff just heard of this news last episode as he summoned Tywin to the throne room to ask him about it. Who would have told Joff about the dragons this recently? My best guess is Littlefinger right before he left as it seems the two have formed a sort of 'friendship.'
Does LF have the oversea spy network that Varys does though? I know in the books LF doesnt have spies at all, and in the show they seem to be around Westeros.
It could always been rumours brought back from sailors near Slavers Bay, theoretically.
How would you rate episode 401?
