Did anyone else get a boner from Roose Bolton's mind game with Jaime?

The music they used for Rickard Karstark's beheading was the same from Theon beheading Rodik Cassel. Interesting. I gave it a 9. i wish Nikolaj delivered that final line better, and would have hit his stump like in the book. But great scene anyway.
