This anthology would be my first publication. Also, all my novels are unwritten as of right now. Two of my co-authors have had short stories published by magazines though. (I have rough drafts of all our stories but being what they are I need to polish them. I get what you're saying. After I survive next week's round of exams I'll look into it. Thanks for the advice. Any other suggestions? (Debating now if I should have a separate Facebook for my writing...)

I've been trying. I post progress updates on my Facebook and Tumblr as well as here. I've also been keeping all my old acquitances up to speed via text or email and I've been compiling a list of ways to further publicize it.

Between five authors (including myself) I'm hopeful everyone finds at least one short story they like though.

Need to finish my anthology first but I have thought of that. (Med school and writing don't mix easily.)

@The Wondering Wolf I could have sworn he was one of the two Black lords that died at Second Tumbleton. As for Kayce, I'm not sure. TWOIAF says Kayce fell and one of Dalton's salt wives in F & B V1 is the widow of the Knight of Kayce. Also, the Battle of the Kingsroad was known as the Muddy Mess, not the Bloody Mess.

8) There were no battles at Rosby and Stokeworth but there was the battle three days after Acorn Hall as well as the short, sharp battle at the Gods Eye between Ser Criston Cole's vanguard and Houses Wode, Roote, and Darry, the latter group's leader being Ser Oswald Wode 9) The Sack of Lannisport, the Capture of Kayce, and the Fall of Fair Isle should maybe get their own pages
