Is LS that bad off though? In the Arya with Beric chapters it doesnt seem like Beric is THAT bad, I mean he forgets things and seems detatched. But he's not a zombie. They seem more like the pirates in Pirates of the Caribbean 1. Yes they can't eat or drink and are pissed about it, but they still make jokes and stuff. Actually she is a lot like them, cuz they are all on the mission to find the gold and revive themselves and they are basically unstoppable. That's how I see LS now, she has a mission to destroy anyone who had to with the RW and probably wont stop until she has taken everyone down including Walder Frey. I mean I agree with you that it is a terrible way to live and there is no joy in life and yes it is more of a punishment than a gift. But at least she has a purpose, one goal in mind that she will accomplish. I like her now lol, because at this point she has nothing to lose, absolutely nothing to lose. So there is nothing to deter her from her mission, which is very interesting to me.

Wow! excellent points WalkingDude, I think you are spot on about the crew being dragon bait, and that is how Dany will be hurried to Westeros. Vic will steal one of her dragons....I'm not sure he will steal 2, because, like you said, how could 2 of them land or be held on one ship?? but 1 of them could maybe, with the dragon horn and lots of crew to eat it is feasible that they could subdue 1 dragon and steal it quickly back to Westeros. It seems hard for Vic to lure the dragons to a ship and get tyrion on board somehow.......we will have to see :)

I still think the lion Quaithe warned her against is Gerion Lannister who is Tyrions favorite uncle and has been missing in Essos for 15 years.

RIght I guess I was just confused because Tyrion didn't get it. And Jon Con is in training and close proximity to several people on the Shy Maid and in the Golden Company and he doesn't spread it, so how can it be a crazy plague?...... Oh you're saying it can't be spread until you are all the way stone man? hmmm that's weird. and yeah definitely not all Targ's are invincible to sickness. But I do think a select few of them have stronger immune systems than most normal people..

That's true if they believe the Golden Company couldn't handle all the other armed forces in KL. ..... And that Aegon really doesn't have the leniency to wait for Dany. But you could be right. Plus Margarey is beautiful, Aegon could just fall for her once he gets there.....

Aegon VI and Jon Con mention several times that the plan is to marry Dany. I think Dany and her dragons are more appealing than Margarey and her money. If the Golden company secures KL and Storm's End then Aegon won't even have to 'make a deal' with the Tyrells or anyone. He will be in charge and can wait for Dany to get to Westeros to marry her if he wants.

I have been deeply wondering the same thing. There is simply not enough info about her or her family. Many Dornish families have some targaryen blood (she could be a descendant from the 1st Danaerys), so she could just be falling in line with her Targ ancestors in D&E and having dragon dreams. It's all very confusing, because Targ's so far are the only ones with prophetic dragon dreams, and Tyrion of course, but that's another argument. So yeah I am very interested to find out more about that girl and her dreams as well.

I like it, and Natalie Dormer was Anne Boleyn on the Tudors, so it's really a perfect match (lol, small acting world) Margarey could easily be set up as something really evil actually. All this death around her, and the pressure she has had to face, could make a young girl go a little nuts. I think we have a lot to see from her character in the last 2 books :)

She's not perfect, and I would never claim otherwise, but she will never be Ramsay Snow or the White Walkers. She is a good guy, even if she isn't Harry Potter with a perfect sense of right and wrong, she is still a protagonist in the GRRM sense of the word. Look at the show, if that last episode last week was not a statement to her prevailing over evil then I don't know anything.

YUP agreed totally, I am also drooling waiting to see what happens. I hope they do go to volantis, that city is ripe. And now she has the iron born fleet and the volantis fleet to get her there. :cheers:

yeah I mean I think he bad stuff has already happened. IMO what she did that was 'bad' was worry about Hizdar while she locked her dragons up. And when she was at the cave with Drogon and she turned her back on him and started walking away and then starting like dying or whatever was wrong with her. those were bad choices, clearly because right after that drogon came back to save her and then they feasted on burnt horse together :) (yummy) plus she made the terrible decision of saving MMD. So i think all in all she has already had a lot of 'bad' already. don't you think?

I love to be agreed with thank you. I also admit to having no idea what will happen in the last 2 books, but I am sure that Dany is a good guy all the way through. She is the reason a lot of people love the books and the show. While not all of her decisions have been perfect her and Jon are The SOIAF. and everyone needs to deal with it.

No I disagree, Dany has been set up to be the savior not the other way around. All good things come from Dany, ASOIAF is based off of his first short story called 'Blood of the Dragon', which is just dany's POv's from GOT. These stories are about Dany and her family. She is the good guy all the way.
