  1. Hmm, the Re-Read Project forum. Anyways, I would not, if possible, reread A Dance with Dragons, but rather re-read both A Feast for Crows and A Dance with Dragons in the proper intertwined chapter order. In fact, I've done it once, and will do again soon...
  2. No, there are just so many possibilities for a little brother... and whose little brother at that? There's something on that in Radio Westeros E12 Jaime & Cersei - Two Halves of a Whole if you'd like to listen in.
  3. Welcome @King In The Couch! Make sure to finish ADwD so as not to get spoiled by stuff the forum in the first place... ...for the forum is expansive and dark and full of spoilers.
  4. Welcome @Deathlyhallows-92 and @SeekingSword! eta: ...and death :)
  5. Welcome @TropicVirus, @Middle Umber, @CreepingHD and @Lamb of the Gods
  6. Hei @Roose is Azor Ahai, yay to northern Finland! (wave at the auroras for me, when you swim the top of the snow, or elsewise tell no one if you find kings hiding under all of it).
  7. Welcome @Merunka is the Fury, @ladyginger, @Valkyrian., @Reuben Stoneheart, @Eddard Scissorhands and @Database/Nina! Here also from Frankfurt, Germany... is that the South-West? ;)
  8. "The Truth Is A Cave In The Black Mountains"

  9. S+L=K! (Sean Bean + Lemons => Kit Harrington)

  10. Welcome FeedMeToys and Vermithrax (Dragonslayer's dragon - eh?) Blackfyre! Exactly the same here.
  11. @honeyed chicken: put a text file on your computer desktop or personal usb stick and paste these into it: norske særtegn: æ ø å Æ Ø Å é É ò Ò ... svenska/finsk/deutsch: ä ö ü Ä Ö Ü ß à À ... gamalnorsk/islendsk: á Á é É í Í ó Ó ú Ú ð Ð þ Þ ;) Then copy and paste them back in times of need.
  12. Had to look it up myself, unlike most newbies I am all books and only seasons 1+2 in the show. So I have to take care not to get spoiled from season 3+4 insider knowledge until I watch them, too.
  13. I think Season 4 and Previous Seasons are the forums to use.
  14. Velkommen Håkon! There are entire sections for the books and for the show. The books are just fabulous and some 25 times as complex as the show, many more secret plots going around, featuring > 1000 named characters and among them some 35 viewpoint characters. They are among the very best of literature, and very enjoyable to read.
  15. Welcome to the forum, @Jay Mormont (looooordsnow)! For logging in, remember, 5 o-s, then 1 o ;)
  16. Merry Christmas @maydentaylor! Welcome to the forum!
  17. Welcome and Merry Christmas, @Zoe and @olenna123 and @Drekinn!
  18. Welcome onboard, @Zoe, Be careful as the forum is dark and full of spoilers... ...at least as long as you haven't read all the (so far 5) books! There are forums for people who are still reading, if you keep to them, you'll be fine :)
  19. Welcome @Fingerbones, oh sweet summer child :) Waitin' for the Winds of Winter is for the Long Night...
  20. So many Germans... anyone near Frankfurt am Main? eta: found it: @King Tyrion I: cannot find a trace of Magister Navis, have you got a link to that one? Involving ships there's Wooden Ships & Iron Men...
  21. Have to admit I don't know 7 Wonders, Agricola, Magister Navis or Tayu yet. A bit to catch up. I am working at trying out all known Settlers variations with my kids and friends, progressing slowly. The explorer variants that have the ships load stuff and actually sail across the board are still my favorites and they have become an official supplement. We lately played Die Karawane (camels...) and barbarian assault as befits the time of the season...
  22. Or me about board games (Catan, Carcassonne, Puerto Rico, Euphrat & Tigris, ...).
