Hey, I just ironically read that chapter on Saturday. It turns out Kraznys is speaking a Ghiscari corrupted form of Valyrian. And Dany knows High Valyrian, but makes out like she doesn't know it at all. It gives one a nice hint why she "gave" the Dragon to Astapor. ;)

I was hoping to see three slugs sizzle in the pan. And Stannis left Balon Greyjoy out (mentioned Joffrey and Robb). I guess he isn't important to Stannis, yet?

On the whole I say meh. The scenes with Talisa or Shae offset those with the Reeds and Theon. And no Dany is a big MINUS. :(

Hi, I'm Bill from Michigan. Hard to admit, but two months ago I had never even heard of aSOIaF or the GoT TV series. I was perusing a Russian site looking for something to watch after the Dexter and Homeland seasons ended. Watched episode 1 (the ending) and it turned my stomach. After a couple of days I finally watched episode 2 and then I was hooked. : :rofl: I bought the first book on 1/30, and 5 weeks later, March 6th, I finished aDWD. So now I wait with you all... hurry up March 31! :D
