  1. Damn wasn't that Jon's decision to send Thorne away? I love Davos. I guess this is setting up Jon's choice to go to after Bolton. Yup, I expect Sansa to break the board quite a bit this season.
  2. That hair and clothing makes Sansa look so much older and grim.
  3. The way Roose is talking you would think the wedding was his idea.
  4. The time of Lannister is dead because Tywin is dead. And so it begins.
  5. That is the strangest cat fight I've ever seen. It will get ugly before it gets better, if I know Cersei.
  6. A man is right. Wow. These two are a bit too syruppy sweet. It looks like sex is the way to get Tommen, Margaery. Look at him stare. And there's Margaery scheming and plotting already. Careful, now.
  7. I never thought of it before but it is quite the religion to think of death as a gift a god must give.
  8. Didn't you see the set up on the previously shown part? Since when have they been showing that scene if not to set up Brienne?
  9. Ugh Roose and Ramsey. Brienne is totally going to avenge Renly.
  10. I love this! It solves so many things I'm worried about. May all the gods of Westeros hear you.
  11. Actually he was going to take it from Cersei (hardly foolish!) which is why Varys had him killed.
  12. I believe Balon is still alive so he can assume any vital Greyjoy roles (Euron, Victarion, etc) that need to happen. Then he'll die. But as I don't think Aegon will appear, it would seem your boycott will last for a long time.
  13. Yes and I was going to use this as an example to make my point but Bob was still king. What happens in this situation where Tommen is made King before a regent has been chosen? I still don't believe it's automatically the parent.
  14. Question about Cersei and Tommen. In this week's episode and in the books, she assumes the role of Regent. Am I right in saying that was a role she took and that it was not an automatic title she received when he was crowned underage? In other words, does the parent automatically become the regent or does that role have to be filled? And if so, would it normally be the council that fills it? This.
  15. I see what you did there. For the record, I hate the look and feel of the new Daario. He's not cheap and sleezy enough. But I suppose he's a better actor. Hard to say since I didn't see enough of the old one who was plenty cheap and sleezy. :leer: Daario numbah 1 just looked like I thought he would in my head while I was reading. Without his blue hair and beard.
  16. Holy shit! I hadn't thought of that. YIKES. I'm also not sure she knows about the Boltons' part in the Red Wedding but she definitely will by the end of next episode.
  17. Thanks for the history lesson. Perhaps you should share it with Sansa since it was her first time drinking it which she comments on. In all fairness, I'm not sure why she should assume anything else. LF hasn't mentioned anything to her about marrying anyone and she's still married to Tyrion. :lmao: :lmao: I agree, Wlaschiha is excellent in the role just as he was as Jaquen. I'm definitely going to enjoy his scenes. I agree Dany is great when she's speaking Valaryian and I kept wondering why the slave sounded so different but the same without ever considering a different accent. Thanks! No one is suggesting Ned's words become the basis of the new religion of Westeros and all agree Ned made mistakes but Martin does seem to be suggesting that Ned is the example of morals in Westeros precisely because we get other POVs.
  18. Seven help me but I seem to be the only person that doesn't like the nod :frown5: It always felt as if he was seeking approval and as LC, he shouldn't need a nod.
