  1. A "weak" episode, but I saw it coming this way.
  2. LOVED this episode, my favorite in the series so far. The RW is also one of my favorite chapters in the book and was really anxious to see how the adapted it and I think they did a great job. They found a a proper way to get the Blackfish out of the wedding, so his story line won't change. Also, including Talisa in the RW keeps everything on track about "no loose" ends regarding the heirs of Winterfell and the whole Westerling thing. I liked how Arya was there to see how Grey Wind was killed, I think it makes her character grow even more in this rage/vengance situation. Maybe I was expecting a little more fighting from the Stark party and of course got the chills when he sends Robb the Lannister's regards. The Jon Snow/Bran part was also well adapted. I was also waiting for how they were going to show it and I liked the way how they approach the tower and how he manages to escape. I was waiting for Ygritte to shoot the arrow, but I don't think they want to get to that subplot of Jon being injured. And never expected him to have Orell's eagle scratch his face, nice move of finding a way to include that in the show. And finally Bran and Rickon split. Loved the face of Jorah Mormont when Daenerys asks him about Darrio Naharis after taking Yunkai. Sad next week will be the last episode. :(
  3. 10!!!!! My favorite episode in the whole series so far. I would have just added a little more tension and action/fighting in the Red Wedding, but AWESOME adaptation
  4. The "older gentleman" was to decieve the book readers.
  5. It was a good way of adapting the wedding scene, but it would have been perfect if it had been a surprise for Sansa, it would have been a much better line of story. Maybe Coldhands will be replaced by Jojen in the way that through his visions he will know where the three eyed raven is. Or Bran will know. If they are taking away other parts of the book, I see them taking Coldhands also.
  6. Also, the leech scene. Pretty good way of adapting it.
  7. 8. A LOT better than the last two. It was a good episode to introduce us to the last two episodes of this season. As usual, Daenerys' scenes are of the best of the series. I really didn't like any of the scenes of the wedding, only the conversation between Cersei and Margaery until the last part that she would kill her. But to prepare the non book viewers of what the Rains of Castamere is was a good touch.
  8. I don't get what's up with all the Theon's scenes? We get it, he's getting tortured, but every single episode? Nononononono. I think the best scene was Daenerys'. Also, too much small talk between Jon Snow and Ygritte, they are really trying to underline the fact that he will betray them. Not needed. I liked the Tywin/Joffrey moment, not so much Tywin's smirk at the end of it.
  9. 7. After the thunder that were episodes 1-5, this past two have been pretty lame, which is kind of a surprise since George R. R. Martin wrote e07.
  10. Definitely the worst episode so far. Didn't like that some key plot scenes from the book were completely changed.
