I gave it a 6. Really underwhelming overall (for a finale especially! Granted, Episodes 8 & 9 would be pretty hard to top), but I liked Arya/Hound, Gendry/Davos, and Maester Aemon. Jesus Targaryen was just...yeah. :rolleyes:

Loved Arya/Hound and the Bran scenes...and damn, Jorah has some moves! Even though Walder Frey is pretty much the biggest slimeball ever, he was...well...kinda awesome in this episode! Slow clap after Robb's apology speech...lol!

For me personally, I don't think the Northern plotline is bad. I just have a harder time "getting into" the scenes featuring Bran's travels, Night's Watch/Wildlings, or Robb (especially Robb/Talisa).

I agree. With all the awesomeness of the King's Landing, Dragonstone, and Dany scenes, I didn't miss Bran, Jon Snow, or Robb at all.

Totally agree! I loved the Arya/Hound interaction and am looking forward to more scenes with them. I know a lot of posters felt Cersei's direct threat was too much, but personally I loved seeing the lioness show us her claws. Suck it, Margaery!

Hi, everyone. :) I'm Nox. I've been lurking on the boards for a while now (yay for helping me get through long, boring days at the office! :P ) but finally decided to register. I'm pretty new to the ASOIAF world, and so far I haven't read any of the books, but I love the TV series! I got totally hooked on it after plowing through a Season 1 & 2 marathon over a long weekend. My favorite characters from the show are Ned Stark, Arya, The Hound, and Tywin Lannister (really loved the Arya/Tywin scenes from Season 2!)...and Stannis is starting to grow on me. I live in California and am a pretty big nerd in general. :D In addition to Game Of Thrones, I'm also into LotR, Harry Potter, Star Wars, The Walking Dead, and MMOs (played Guild Wars, League Of Legends, Rift, and am currently playing Star Wars: The Old Republic). Looking forward to getting to know all of you! :)
