Yes. I think things are going to turn bad for Barristan and Victarion and the Shavepate will be part of it. His position as being alone in Meereen behind the gates and what he's able to do now will be central. I'm sure he'll be fortifying his position and dispensing with enemies. He wants upward mobility, but his beasts are half freedmen and so is the city population. Also it says 5k unsulied are outside. More than half, but not all. So it wont be that bad. If anything it's a hell of a sign of trust, but not total trust.
