I was assuming they were at the weirwood tree which is about 1 mile north of Castle Black (established distance in Season One).

Still a ways to travel, I know, but I think rather than Meera dragging Bran it would be more efficient for he to hold up his legs and he moves his hands like in a "wheelbarrow race," especially over rough terrains and the like.

make a sled and warg a wolf, horse, elk or 500 squirells.

what if gendry gets confused with the massive fleet and randomly punches holes sinking them? i mean c'mon.. he could probably punch the mountain's head off ;)

it wouldn't be weird at all if gendry appears out of thin air and can now punch clouds appart like saitama. the writing doesn't make much sense this last few seasons i only watch the show because it looks nice.

I don't usually vote straight 10s, so I'll just vote a big f u to the "all episode are a minus a hundred because the books are better" haters. Just wish I could see their faces when winds of winter come out and it's just like the show they hate so much. So my vote is a big middle finger to them because even though not perfect, this is the best show ever on television and the best adaptation from the books there could ever be made. Yeah.

    go home you're drunk

I'm finding, on these boards, it's cool to hate the show and to give low scores.

To each their own, but I doubt these people would find satisfaction no matter what D/D put on screen.

for me it was the best show on tv for the first 3 to 4 seasons. now... it sucks

don't get me wrong it's still better than most shows, and the  landscapes, costumes, etc are AMAZING im in love with some of the weapons, armor and even dresses and locations on the show BUT the dialogue and story telling compared to earliers seasons is so bad i want to cry.

"Have to disagree with you. The sword is a family sword, not Sams. As Randal said, the sword has been in the family for generations."

Sam is a member of the family. The eldest son. By law, the sword is his.

he is not the heir, he took himself out of the run when he swore into the nightwatch. the sword, the land, the castle all of that passes to dickon.

That's ridiculous. It belongs to the family, not Randyll. Sam could just as easily have killed him and been no different than a dozen other lords and kings who offed their parents to take control of their house for themselves.

Dickon gets the house because Sam would be breaking his vows, but the sword belongs to Sam.

    kinslaying and oathbreaking yeah sure...

No, Randyll is the thief for denying Sam his birthright. Sam took what was his.

    that some idealistic crap...

ALL BELONGS TO RANDYLL every last blade of grass belongs to the LORD OF HORNHILL that is lord Randyll Tarly until his death or abdication.

the sword is lord tarly's, after the death of randyll we could talk about sam and dickon and who should have it, in my opinion is dickon's because even though i really like sam he took an oath, and dickon didn't do anything to sam so it would be out of character for sam to come out of nowhere and say "sorry bro all those oaths and shit i crossed my fingers so they don't count gimme all your stuff"

    8/10

I hated Kingsmoot and the Wall scenes. But the last 20 minutes were good TV. But I must admit I am quite confused about the Hodor paradox. But I am happy that we get an explanation about the origins of White Walkers (Sounds a lot like the Reapers who turned against their creators in Mass Effect (video game)).

mark meer is the prince that was promised!

now i want a white walker version of harbinger

    "i know you feel this"

"i am the harbinger of your perfection"

  9. direwolf dies i vote 1 fuck the world, the moment ghost dies all the world can die with him for all i care.

in reality 7/10 highest this season

didn't like summer geting killed (can be almost forgiven if we see bran mourning next episode)

for the first time i liked dany's part

FUCKING LITTLE FINGER AND HIS TELEPORTER (ugh i can't make sense of this guy knowing how large the 7 kingdoms are it breaks my suspession of disbelief all immersion i've been building just dissapears with that kind of thing.) he didn't need to be there, just send a letter and be done with it.

tyrion - red priest - varys not bad, it was nice to see varys get caught off guard but it didn't feel right for him to break like that varys should have a valyrian steel pokerface.

ironborn - meh just want to see who the dragons eat my guess is yara because they need theon to have 3 dickless guys for tyrion to crack jokes.

it was nice to see the creation of the others, many readers will be pleased to have that theory confirmed. i always wanted the others to be something older or at least as old as the CotF.

So because someone can't create an immensely popular television show themselves, they have no right to critique or complain about it from a fan's perspective? Sorry, that's pure ad-hominem.

not only that even compared to earlier seasons the show has taken a nosedive, i can't believe the 10/10 or 9/10 for every episode this season, this people apparently don't remember how great this show was or their 10 is the same 10 for blackwater hardhome the red wedding and the red woman...
