[spoiler = a title]spoiler in lower case with = a title [spoiler = A Title]Spoiler with initial Cap = A Title [spoiler = A TITLE]SPOILER = A TITLE I tried the last three with both with spaces and without spaces around the equal sign (allegedly used to add a title), but it didn't work either way.
