    Because Lancel most likely made his confession WAY before Littlefinger arrived in KL. And for what earthly reason would Lancel do any favors for Littlefinger? However, I don't think it was either Robin or Gendry, either. I'm still not sure who, but it has to do with freeing Loras and/or Margaery, not putting away Cersei.

    I believe Littlefinger's gift will somehow clear Loras and/or Margaery. Nothing else matter's right now to Olenna.

    Roose didn't seem to be concerned with Jon Snow other than the possibility he could be hiding the Stark boys. I think he understands how the Night's Watch works, and that Jon, coming from an honorable family, has been basically become neutralized as a threat because of his vows. Remember, Roose is a Notherner. His understanding of the politics of the region (including the NW) is very thorough. Ramsey, not so much. He's been too busy having fun flaying people to educate himself on his surroundings.

    I loved Ser Grandpa, but we need some serious thinning of characters. And as mentioned, if Jon and Dany are to become great leaders in their own right, the support needs to be kicked out from under them so they can learn to stand on their own will.

    Yeah, she hasn't done much in the books at this point. Why not kill her and Pod off and be done with that thread? What purpose do either serve? I can only guess some amazing rescue of Sansa down the road. Or, hope.
