I tried to send you a message but it says that you don’t receive them. Where do I find this ignore function? I’m probably being blind/dumb but just don’t see it.

  Turns out my Inbox was full and I hadn't noticed. Sorry about that.
  
  If you hover over a user's name in the thread, you will see three options at the bottom of the popup - the middle one is 'Ignore User'.
