    Football: Jules Rimet Still Gleaming

Kimmich isn't a true fullback. He's a legit central midfielder, maybe a bit defensive, but he's only playing fullback out of necessity both at Bayern and Germany.

Match Day 8: Denmark v Australia; France v Peru; Argentina v Croatia

so long as Croatia gets 1 point vs Iceland(should Iceland win vs Nigeria) then I'm more than happy now to wait for Japan match xD

    What a beautiful goal!

To be fair, Croatia is playing the smart game. Argentina outpaces Croatia easily - only Perišić is as fast as most of Argentina players, and him only after he hits his stride. Being pretty defensive and playing on smart counterattacks is one of the best ways for Croatia to win.

That was SUCH a gift but I'm happy either way
  7. They are not quite the same thing. There is a difference in presentation and value given which makes them on a whole another level. It's the same difference as booster packs and gambling - while you could argue gambling is functionally the same as booster packs(depending on the game), the way gambling is presented and has an effect on the brain is different. Besides, MtG and other such games offer proper packs which people usually buy, while you cannot buy anything else but loot boxes.

World Cup 2018: Celebratin' Your Nation.

The Glorious Land of the Rising Sun has conquered the pitiful nation of Colombia as we all surely expected. Now, only the stringy Poland and Senegal stay in our way to conquering passing through the group stages and winning the World Cup!

World Cup 2018: Celebratin' Your Nation.

The glorious flag of the Rising Sun combined with the power of our hardworking players, god and anime on our side, Nippon shall surely prevail and win! To all the others participating in this tournament that will lose to us, for their hard work, I say: ありがとうございました。

2018 World Cup - Get a Team to Support Here!!!!

I already have an anime avatar... all I needed to do was japanize my display name a bit and make a really bad pun, just as I did(I combined Amekia and Honda(as in Keisuke Honda's surname) to Amekonda) and I'm already good to go!

Video Games: It's On Like Donkey Kong

if you want to play JRPG's, I recommend Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Atelier Lydie & Suelle(although that one comes out in two months in the West), as well as Super Mario Odyssey.

True, there will be others, but there's something decidedly Bioware about how they do narrative and that's why I will be incredibly sad if they get closed. I haven't played Andromeda yet although I do think I would personally like it, I just got swept up into playing every single possible JRPG(the Atelier series is such an underrated gem) so I just haven't gotten around to it. So yeah, I'll hope Anthem will be a success, if only so I can live to see a DA4.

    Football: International Break-Up

You guys may not know this, but there's this sort of a curse, if you want to believe it, that comes with defeating Hajduk for the past one and half decade in the European qualifications. Almost all of the sides that defeated them ended up either relegated or near relegation in that same season. Everton just seem to be heading par for course with that Shame for Vlašić though. He might have ended up as their best buy given how quickly he became a first team player, but unlike in the Croatian league, his quality isn't that far above the rest of the pack that he can influence the side enough.

Video Games: A (Sonic 3D) Blast From The Past

You do realize pretty much everything in fiction ever has already done, from plotlines to characters to everything. Every (decent) writer learns that sooner or later and then they start using those tropes and plotlines to their advantage. The problem is not at all with Bioware doing the same basic plot, the real problem is the execution of those plots, which Bioware did with better or worse success.
