I felt the constant dark tone fit the episode and whole story. I see the Dance of the dragons to be much more dark and visceral plot compared to the game of thrones, and that score setting the tone right that a happy ending is not something we will expect

ill just paste this from another thread: I was completely disappointed by the lack of the famous quote. they ruined my most anticipated moment for this season. I found it ridiculous how Edd ( or whom ever forced Slynt outside) knew that he was gonna get beheaded right away and quickly prepared the block. Also i didn't like how Jon casually continued drinking and then casually went outside like he was gonna do something he was used to (executing nobles). This was a very fast and unjustified character development compared to the books. I already watched the episode when it was leaked and waited till this moment expecting a lot of uproar from the community. i was disappointed again.

Yep especially after Tyrion does his deed with Tywin. It looks like the show producers are trying their best to spoil the image of Stannis among the unsullied.

I believe they did a good job in the Tywin-Oberyn scene to further explain Elia's murder and who's behind it

7...the best scene was the conversation between Tywin and oberyn. I believe it clarified things more to the non book readers. But still i couldn't understand the need for the sam and gilly 15 minutes scene

6..i expected the wedding to be more epic. Still that last scene made up for it. I kinda felt a little bad for his horrible fate , the way he turned purple and his nose bled.

Yes it so useless. But you know, the unsullied like to see the predictable cliche cheesy stories.
