  1. It's close to what happened in the book. The birds attacked the wights while Sam and Gilly ran to Coldhands. One bird, very likely Mormont's raven, tells Sam to run. Now who was behind that is the question. ;)
  2. Very good episode. Solid 8. Really liked the Dragonstone scenes as well as Dany's and the wedding.
  3. This episode set up a few things. 1. The reveal of Joffrey giving the Mandon Moore order sets precedent to him ordering a hit. So we'll have that in mind when the Bran reveal happens. 2. LF giving Ros to his "friend" also sets up the Purple Wedding joust, with LF whispering into Joff's ear to embarrass Tyrion.
  4. Man, I'm going all Otaku Williams "DAMN THE BLONDE MAN! THEY KILLED MY GIRL, ROS!!!" :tantrum:
  5. Yeah, for people who've asked what happened to Edric Storm, well there he is floating in the jar! :stillsick:
  6. I think it's because Loras so readily just jumped into bed with the first squire he looked his way. Book Loras vowed to never love again after Renly died.
  7. Tywin is trending big right now. People loved his "You'll wed her, bed her, and put a child in her" :P
  8. Best reaction on Twitter:" Everyone's getting naked in GoT. The night is dark and full of boners"
  9. That last scene was fantasic. I just love the Lannister family dynamic.
  10. I was going to give it a 7, but Tywin's takedown of his children pushed it to an 8. That scene was fantastic.
  11. I'm loving Twitter right now. People are going Khaleesi Crazy right now. It's pretty cool reading celebrities and sportswriters talking #GoT. ;)
  12. And a shoutout to the Dance with Dragons with Aegon II feeding his sister to his dragon. Gods, that was a sweet episode. I've been waiting for a Tywin/Cersei scene and it didn't disappoint. He just completely smacked her down. The Craster scene was intense and sad. And the ending. Wow. Beyond what I could have hoped for. Emilia Clarke looked amazing and the CGI Unsullied ranks looked aweome. DRACARYS!
  13. [mod] Let's take it easy. No need for name calling.{/mod]
  14. So much happened in this episode, almost forgot: It seems likely that Mel is off seeking Kingsblood which would make Gendry the likely source. I like it. Edric Storm isn't that important character that he can't be combined with Gendry. And it keeps Gendry around which is good because I like the actor.
  15. It's what they called the area where the slaves were crucified.
  16. WOW....showrunners put the Meereenese knot in. What a great easter egg! Very good episode, definitely the best in this young season. The Blackfish was suitably baddass and Edmure dull-witted. Lulz over Pod. Well-endowed. he??? And that last scene. wow. You have to wonder how far along those rapers got with Brienne. :( And even though I knew it was coming, Jaime's end was great/awful.
  17. Plus Jaime's hands were bound and Brienne was armored.
  18. Jaime is the Roger Sterling of Game of Thrones. On Renly: "Too bad the throne wasn't made of cocks, they would never have gotten him off it..."
  19. Very good episode. Pretty clever to keep Theon around by having him toyed with my Ramsay. I also like the "character assassination" of Cat. It does keep with the grimness of Cat in ASoS.
