  2. But the guy at the gate did know who she was? He'd never seen her before and she still looks like Arry the orphan but he knew who she claimed to be. We don't know yet what happened after Arya stopped laughing. Lets hope for a bit of explanation as to why they were not let in next week.
  3. Oh yeah and did anyone else notice Cersi referred to Joffery as Joff. First time in the entire show I think?
  4. I loved the Deradfort scene. I'm not that far into the books so I'm practically a non-book reader at least in terms of what is happening now. It's conclusion was a little disappointing but it was ok. The speech yara gave at the beginning was badassary at it's finest. It established the Iron Born in terms of the show. They've not been given much time until now. It also showed us that they are not just all talk and especially Yara. We get to see why she's such a respected and favoured military leader. (even though she failed) Where the blood on Ramsey came from was not explained, which was a bit weird. But his scene with Reek was good and served to enhance both characters. The Iron bank was good. We got to see Stannis outside of his comfort zone which added something new to the character. I love Mark Gatiss epically creepy as always. A bit of Oberyn and.... MACE TYRELL GOT SOME LINES!!! OMG FINALLY. All the kings landing stuff before the trial was cool. And then the trial. I'm not sure there's too much I can say that hasn't already been said. Great performance. I gave the episode a 9
  5. Fantastic episode. Had some great dialogue fast paced and funny. I can't remember an episode where I laughed so much. Until mopey Cersi had to bring the mood down . I felt the action scenes at the end were a bit clumsy. But still a nice ending. I was tempted to give it a 10 but settled on an 8. My only real complaints would be really nit picking at stuff like why was Locke trying to take Bran with him rather than slitting his throat right there. How is Hodor able to walk within 24 hours of a spear going through his leg. But yeah really entertaining episode. Which is what it's all about.
  6. I'm suprised so many people liked this episode. I honestly think it was the worst of all series. This is the only episode that felt short. When the screen went black my first thought was "is that it?" it felt only about 1/2 an episode. It didn't feel like a great deal happened. The Jaime plot seemed very strange after the previous encounter in the sept. My opinion on the infamous rape scene is that it was a directorial mistake and was not supposed to be rape and as it was in the books but the director or actors screwed it up. The knock on effect of that is that Jaime's redemption seems completely false now. Although it always did in a way. Admittedly though I am an Arya fan. So any episode without Ary is going to fall a little flat.
