  1. You can gauge the consensus of the general population on twitter after the episode. They're all loving this episode. I guess all it takes is dragons.
  2. Lol, people saying this is a realistic rape scene are really reaching. You want to see a realistic rape scene. Here are two examples. http://rapebait.net/?p=250 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNqJdsiQZyA Now, the second one is Dr Melfi's rape from The Sopranos. Here is an excerpt from on the writers of Entertainment weekly when discussing the rape. "The rape scene is brutal in its directness, focusing mainly on Melfi’s face as she screams and sobs. There’s no ominous music or stylized camera work to remind the viewers that it’s just a TV show and to take them out of what’s being shown on screen." The complete opposite from the Sansa scene. Here's some more. "For a physically and emotionally terrorized Melfi, Tony now represents protection – and, possibly, revenge. Chase(showrunner) didn’t brutalize Jennifer to make her a victim; he did it to push her to the brink of a moral and ethical crisis. Will Melfi sic Tony on her attacker, have him, in her words, ”squashed like a bug”?
  3. Shut the hell up about the final scene being a scene from the books. That's a false rumor started by a internet troll.
  4. So, we're going to find out who Jon is this season? I think sooooooooooo
  5. I guess so. I hope there is something to it though. If there is any truth to it, it would be Trystane, and that's how Jamie's actor would know about it. I'm not holding my breath though.
  6. So, I just watched a clip where Jamie's actor (sorry, can't spell his name,) talked about the Duck spoiler. Some people think this confirms Aegon. What do you guys think. Has it been discussed in here?
  7. It really hasn't. It's only been discussed twice in 5 seasons, and those two times were in the last two episodes because it's building up to the Stonemen. there is absolutely nothing to indicate a massive spread. Nothing.
  8. Well, if your'e saying it's going to replace Bloody flux, it would be. The only reason Bloody flux spreads so quickly and takes out so many people is because it's airborne. How many people actually have Greyscale. So far, one girl, and the Stonemen. It's a minority. You get Greyscale by touching it. So how exactly is Jorah supposed to spread this to everyone? Please tell me? And how would his own friends be immune to it? It's lazy writing. It's too complex, and it's not happening.
  9. I saw that as nothing more than setting us up for the Stonemen scene. By describing what Greyscale looks like and how it makes you behave, we're going to see that in its entirety. All Tyrion did was mention the Stonemen by name, that way we'll know who they are when they run into them. It's all set up, IMO. But, maybe your'e right. I just doubt they would change greyscale into a airborne disease and give it to the guy who's going to be around the Queen. Like I said, they would all be dead before they got to Westoros.
  10. Oh, I just realized from the last couple posts, you guys are fanfictionists. You're all over the place. Never mind. Have your fun. Who am I to ruin that.
  11. No. The Greyscale plot ends with Jora's death.. They're not doing a Bloody Flux storyline on this show. With all the things they have to worry about, the white walkers, ect..., it's just another complication, and D&D aren't adding any new complications. Bloody flux is airborne, it would easily kill Dany and Tyrion, and everyone around Jorah before they even got to Westoros. That would be lazy writing. No, Greyscale in the show is what greyscale is in the books, and Jorah will just play the role of JonCon in this aspect. It will kill him and him only.
  12. I agree about Jorah taking Griff's place here. I can't wait to see the Stonemen. I hope they're more creative with the design than they were with the children of the forest. One thing I still can't peg is the storyline for Dorne. It seems simple, but it really isn't. Though Elia is taking the role of Arianne, it doesn't look like they're going with the Queensmaker story. It looks like they just want to kill the girl. SO, when Doran puts an end to that, what happens next? What's his big speech going to be about? Will he actually be the one taking on Arianne's role and decide to marry his son to Myrcella? Does Varys want to marry Trystane to Dany? Is that the speech? It's hard to tell. I've given up on Trystane being Aegon. That story is scrubbed. I'm convinced. Varys would have had some exposition with Tyrion about it within the first couple episodes, building us up to it. So, I'm curious to see how this plays out.
  13. I may have stumbled on something by complete accident. Some of you may have already caught this and brought it up. Or it might mean nothing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZMjgH8rwfZI At 0:18, a guy with an axe fighting a guy with a sword. Hmmmm.
