The act of the Great Master was an act of war, they knew Dany was coming for them and used the crucifixion of the children to dissuade her from it. Now, you we can have a discussion of whether or not some of the masters might not have conspired to crucify the children, however, none of them were innocent. These are people who have made it their life’s work to enslave other human begins. But I suppose we all have varying opinions of what is justified or not.
