It combines making me not look like a hideous murdering-monster, while also covering my arms so I'm comfortable. I don't know if that counts, but I'm very hyper. And Lany, that dress is delightful. That dress is cute as hell. Today, I wore pleather leggings and a handmade (not by me) colorblock jersey tunic I bought on Etsy. and my combat boots. Did I mention that I only wore mascara and specifically did not do my hair? Because I thought all of my meetings were phone meetings. And then I got dragged into a Big Meeting with the CEO. He wasn't even supposed to be in the office today. Well, my tattoos were covered and my jewelry looked tasteful (my necklace is ivory scrimshaw of an E. coli bacterium, my spirit animal, so not tasteful), but dear gods. Weds. was another rainy day, so I just dressed for it. Wore my combat boots over my jeans with a big white shirt and my hair sticking out everywhere. Oh well, it's not like people don't know about my 1) tattoos 2) penchant for OTT outfits, but I do try to look spiffy when meeting the CEO face-to-face.
