Has Prince Doran recruited Gerold Dayne to replace Oberyn in his schemes?

He wasn't reckless, Brandon Stark was reckless,

He has done very stupid things during his life. Sleeping with the paramour of one of his brother's vassals is one of them: he got to be exiled for that and Quentyn was sent to be a squire. Thinking he could actually defeat the Mountain was another one: he saw it as a chance for revenge but he got killed as well. Alive, he could have served better to his brother.

He did defeat The Mountain, he was clearly head and shoulders above The Mountain, but he obviously made an error of judgement at the end and got himself killed, should he have been more cautious? yes, was he being reckless when he died? nope, Gregor had a spear through his chest pinning him to the ground, he had already won, he could have just lent against the wall for 20mins till he died, reckless implies pretty much an utter disregard for danger or a lack of thought at all, clearly he didn't have this because he had just spent 30 minutes dancing around Gregor to tire him out before even attempting to kill him.

As for the sex, well he just doesn't strike me as the sort of person to care about being exiled, he liked his sex and women, he liked people thinking about him in a certain way, and he may have been unconcerned with a lot of consequences, but he had spent like 14 years waiting for an opportunity to kill Gregor for revenge, hardly a reckless person.

Brandon on the other hand stormed off to Kings Landing calling for duels as soon as he heard his sister was kidnapped, that is reckless.
