It is supposed that there were no men in westeros besides the Children when the First Men came.

We know from they later war against andals, that FM south of the wall had Kingdoms, nobles, etc as political organization. So it seams this was their cultural way to do things they brought from wherever they came from.

Actually, we don't. For example, the Ironborn's attitude is very similar to the Wildlings'. Chosen leaders/proto-democracy/meritocracy seem to be a distinguishing feature of the First Man culture. That ties in well with the small "kingdoms" the Andals found in their invasion.

So why wildings went in such a different way? Without the others menace, theres no explanation of why they didnt do things as their southener relatives. Why they went so "primitive" or anarchic, with no kings, fronteers, every man being equals?

Because the Starks of Winterfell and the Watch destroyed everybody who tried to organize the Wildlings better. All the Kings-beyond-the-Wall, they died before they could get the system running and a succession in order.

A second question is why they were left north of the wall, with so much westeros to popullate with no andals, Rhoynar, etc and far better enviromental conditions. Were they punnished because of something? Or do they have the influence of an other group of people besides the FM we yet dont know much about???

Most likely because they have their roots in deserters from the Watch, and the women those men stole.
