iliasb
I was wondering: The Reach is fertileWesterlands have their mines (which dried up according series :dunno: ) So that's it then. What's The North wealth, Riverlands, Dorne, Iron Islands,.... It's not like you can grow anything in The North and Dorne, or even The Vale. So my question is, why aren't these kingdoms already bankrupted or something like that?
The Frosted King
The north has fertile land. Its just harder, due to the snow.Plus they have furs, wools, timber, silver mines, fishing. The Vale has fertile land as well.Dorne might not have huge swaths of fertile ground, but they have some, plus their unique crops allow for trade. The middle east isn't hugely grassy in some places, but they dripped wealth in ancient times.
