Rhaenys_Targaryen
Good question. Perhaps it might be more hoping, but I guess Aemon will simply get a funeral pyre. Do we know what happens to the ashes? If they are kept somewhere, I guess Aemons ashes would go there as well.
Veltigar
If the body is still on the ship, he'll give it to Dany as a gift of good fate. He came to you, but died before he could reach you, so I have come in his place. Or he'll try and steel a dragon ;-)
bent branch
I'm pretty sure that Aemon's body will be off loaded in Oldtown to make room for a load that pays.

Jaehaerys Targaryen
It is a tradition of the Targaryens of the old to be burnt and their ashes to be thrown in Blackwater Bay from Dragonstone.

The funeral pyre will be easy. Scattering their ashes in Blackwater Bay might need to be done in secret, if Cersei or Mace gives trouble. If they don't care, it won't be any problem. It would be nice if Xhobdo made a small detour to scatter Aemons ashes when he leaves Oldtown.. Rhaenys_Targaryen
But the Mage is not a man who believes in wasting time. :)True. Though didn't Xhondo insist he sell his books to the Citadel first? Before leaving Oldtown again, I mean.
The Mother of The Others
This querry is power-strange! Well since you brought it up that he's been oddly embalmed, let's assume he's prepped to rise again with the zombie tide that sweeps the Reach in the coming days. Then he'll be in an excellent position to wreak havoc inside the Cit and blab that Sphinx revelation he had for us before he keeled o'er. So maybe all Marwyn need do is say an oblation over the corpse to ensure it rises as a "warm zombie" who retains most of Aemon's personality rather than as a brain dead wight. I don't know if there is an oblation for that. Aemon's been dead even longer than Cat and look how she turned out. Granted that wasn't wighting. ChildoftheTropicalForest
Could it be used to raise a dragon? Drogo and Rhaego had expired before they were placed into the pyre, only Miri Maz Dur and Dany were alive.Three dragons hatched.

Maybe, but unless Marwyn has a dragon egg hidden in his maester's sleeves, I don't know where they're going to get an egg to hatch.
