Because being technical, the Ring was only a "person" because Sauron put his soul into it. So, really, the Ring was just an extension of Sauron, not a person in itself. Yeah, I thought your list was great (actually, Bombadil is my vote for favorite, though I know he'll never get there), but I didn't think it was right to have both Sauron and the One Ring on there (not that it would make much of a difference, since if they were both on there, they wouldn't do well anyway). So I figured it should be swapped with something. Imrahil or Bergil, I'd be fine with either.
