varunpats18
I don't know if it's already posted, but u found an interesting article on the "citadel" on westeros.org. Here it is :-"MIRRI MAZ DUUR’S PROPHECY"When the sun rises in the west and sets in theeast," said Mirri Maz Duur. "When the seas godry and mountains blow in the wind like leaves. When your womb quickens again, and you beara living child. Then he will return, and notbefore."This might be a real prophecy, or it maysimply be a sort of curse to strike terror anddespair into Daenerys's heart. The conditionsput forward have a distinct ring of fairy-taleabout them, and with Martin this could just aseasily be taken to work against the likelihood ofthem coming true as in favour of it. For what itis worth, however, it seems just possible that ADance with Dragons has satisfied most of theconditions if read metaphorically. Consider thatQuentyn Martell -- "the Sun's son", referring tothe Martell sun -- journeyed from the west to theeast, where he died, that in Daenerys's lastchapter she notes that the Dothraki sea is goingdry and the grasses are dying, two of thepyramids of Meereen collapse in smoke and ashfollowing Viserion and Rhaegel rampagingthrough the city and that she menstruates (orpossibly suffers a miscarriage). This of courseleaves us the need for a living child, and thenthe "return" of Drogo... though our speculationis that if she has a child, it will be a son that shenames Drogo, thereby fulfilling Mirri's claim."I think this is pretty convincing to ponder upon. BRANDON GREYSTARK
Not the return of Drogo, but the return of the stallion that mounts the world.
