williamjm
Jennifer Lawrence - The Hanging Tree, I think the scene this was from was probably the highlight of the Mockinjay film. The Pixies - Tony's ThemeSpearmint - The Other SevenAberfeldy - 1970'sThe Divine Comedy - I've Been To A Marvellous Party - it is amusing that Neil Hannon's updating of Noel Coward to the 1990s now seems quaintly dated itself. Mr. X
I've had Teenage Retirement on repeat all evening. It's the new album from a Brooklyn-based pop-punk group called Chumped and I've been playing the hell out of it since it came out. It's not especially deep or earthshaking, but it's damn catchy, it's full of bounce-around-the-room-and-sing-along type songs, and there are some killer lines in there. You can stream the whole thing here.
Frances Bean Corbray
Run DMC, I promise I'm not going to keep doing one Christmas song a day. This one just happens to be the oasis in the obligatory Xmas mix at work when it comes up in the rotation.
