Early on in AFFC (Arya, Ch. 6) why do the Braavosi sailors care that Arya remembers their names & the favor they did her?

I think It's cos she going to the house of black and white meant becoming a FM and she could spare them when their names appeared on their list

Like Crozeye said, every Braavosi knows what the coin is and why it is given to people. FMs cannot kill people they know or are associated with, so making sure she remembers their names is a little insurance the she, at least, won't come for them someday.
